During your stay you can hunt on the State Forest land or Fish on the private property. We are bordered on three sides with Zaleski State Forest. Also, depending on the time of year the fishing can be great on Raccoon Creek which we also border. Spring produces good sized Bass. The rest of the year you never know what you might catch. We rent Kayaks for use on Lake Hope or bring your fishing equipment for the stocked pond.with Large Mouth Bass (catch and release only). Hiking trails nearby. Horse back riding, Hocking Hills attractions and Lake Hope are all within 20 minutes. The Moonville Tunnel (which is supposed to be haunted) is 5 miles away. The Moonville Trail starts about 1/4 of a mile away. You can ride bikes, horses or hike this trail (no Motorized Vehiciles).

Special events are the Endoro Dirt Bike Ride, the Car Rally Races. We are near the Rocky Boot Outlet in Nelsonville, OH.
