Located in Massimo Visconti, above Stresa, this 15th century villa has been restored with great care. It has been divided into 6 apartments all with independent entrance and privacy, but only 5 are available for rent. Occasionally, the owner occupies the 6th apartment on the ground floor.
The villa is close to shops, cafes and restaurants.

From the parking level there are about 15 steps to reach the garden.

Please note all the units share the large patio upstairs. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs therefore the property is not suitable to guests with walking difficulties.

Nearest shops in Massimo Visconti 100m, including a restaurant which will deliver to the apartments. Supermarket in Gignese, 1km.

ROOM
This unit with a direct access to the large terrace, consists of a small room with sofabed, a large modern bathroom (tub). No kitchen.

STUDIO
One double bedroom with small bathroom with shower (3 steps to the bathroom).

TWO BEDROOM
Entrance, large bathroom with shower, living room, four steps lead to a double bedroom, twin bedroom in the mansard, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher).
Please note that the rooms are all on different levels: between living room and double bedroom 4 steps, between living room and kitchen another 4 steps, between the double and the twin bedroom 8 steps.

ONE BEDROOM
First floor: Entrance from the terrace, living room with sofabed (TV and DVD), three steps lead to the large eat-in kitchen (washing machine, oven, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster). One double bedroom with bathroom (shower).

TWO BEDROOM
Develops on two floors.
Ground floor: Entrance from the patio, large sitting room with fireplace and table for 8, kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric American coffee machine) access to the patio.
First floor: master bedroom with double bed, twin bedroom, large modern bathroom (shower).

At the villa, there is a table for 15 people inside and outside.

Please NOTE: The owner/caretaker who are very discrete, live in an apartment at the end of the garden. The clients have private use of the pool and garden. The entrance is shared.
