Terrace Cottage - Margaret River

Terrace Cottage is a delightful two storey home ideally located in the heart of Margaret River. Walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants , bars, and art galleries.
The Margaret River and wonderful walk/cycle paths are also a short walk from Terrace Cottage.

Terrace Cottage is a cosy 3 bedroom cottage. Fully equipped and tastefully decorated for a very comfortable holiday in the beautiful Margaret River.
It is perfect for 1 or 2 couples or up to 5 friends travelling together. It may not be suitable for younger children as there is a spiral staircase leading you up to the second storey.

Downstairs has one bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom/laundry, self contained kitchen with coffee machine, living area with fireplace and TV . It opens out to a large front deck with outdoor setting, BBQ , fruit trees and herb garden.
Upstairs has two bedrooms including one Queen bed and one double bed, bathroom , and a second living area with TV .

It offers free WIFI, 2 x TV's , washing machine and clothesline, a warm and toasty fireplace and a heater to help take the chill out of the air, comfortable beds, umbrellas and a torch for when you need, Fire extinguisher and fire blanket for emergencies.

Terrace Cottage is conveniently located in the heart of Margaret River easy walking distance to the Main Street .
There is ample free parking space along the driveway and out the front of the property.

Terrace Cottage is professionally cleaned between each stay with fresh white linens and towels provided on all beds.

If booking 7+ nights your welcome to request mid-stay cleaning service - for a refreshing clean + fluff + fresh linens - additional fee will be requested to help cover the cost.

The Margaret River region is famously known for its Wineries , caves, surf, beautiful coastline and forests. Terrace Cottage is situated in the heart of Margaret River town and a great base to explore all these many wonderful attractions.
Walk to the delightful Hairy Marron cafe on the River for a great coffee and/or hire bikes , The Brew Shack has one of the best coffees in town, The Margaret River Bakery for a fabulous coffee and/or breakfast, The Brewhouse for one of the best lunches in town. Also walking distance to all the many other restaurants/cafes along the main street of Margaret River.
The forest and all its many walk/cycle paths and the river is a short walk away too.

Fantastic five night stay

The Cottage was perfect for two couples. Everything needed was there from wood for the fire, to bedding and towels, kitchenware and gas BBQ. Very well located in central Margaret River. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Not hesitation to recommend.

Perfect spot for weekend

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Terrace Cottage, everything is as per the listing but the location tops it all. Rebecca was excellent at communicating and made our stay really easy. I recommend this cottage if you want a great location to explore Margaret River.

Perfect getaway

Perfect location for a girls weekend away. Easy walk in to town, beautiful cottage with a gorgeous balcony. The owner was commutative throughout the booking process as well as checking up on us after we'd checked in which I thought was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend and have already told my other friends about booking another girls trip there in the near future. Thanks Rebecca.

Great location

Great location property was fine could do with some deep cleaning quite a few cobwebs and oven was dirty. Property had everything we needed (apart from tea and coffee). House is on a hill and driveway is very narrow but overall good stay.

The location was great and ambience cozy but the unit could use a deep clean once in a while. The webber bbq was left dirty by previous guests. The beams and window sills are very dusty given that the beams are actually quite low in the bedrooms upstairs. Love the garden. Overall an enjoyable unit.

Great little spot

Very close to the town centre. 2 min walk to IGA. The house was very nice, did not spend a great deal of time in the house but I enjoyed the time I did. Sitting out the front on the deck as the sun goes down very nice, the fire place in side was a wonderfull thing too. Would stay here again.

Comfy and clean cottage in the heart of Margaret River

Thoroughly enjoyed the cottage stay. Just a few issues - the tv in the downstairs loungeroom was stuck on channel 10, so we weren't able to use the downstairs lounge. There needs to be curtains in the upstairs rooms as it becomes very bright when the sun comes up and there is nothing to darken the room. Also not sure if there was any cutlery? Otherwise, it a great stay.
