Minutes to fantastic shops, restaurants, and Residence Beach, this waterfront 3BR/2BA home on Marco Island boasts a prime location. Floor-to-ceiling windows, beachy artwork, and tropical accents inspire island-style tranquility, while upgraded furnishings ensure a comfortable stay.

Relax in two spacious living rooms or lounge and dine on the enclosed lanai overlooking the canal. The property also has a private dock that’s perfect for fishing or relaxing as you watch the boats pass. Bonus: the rental has high-speed Wi-Fi -- ideal for Zoom calls, virtual learning, etc.

LIVING AREA

Spend time together in the open-concept living area outfitted with a queen sectional sleeper and an electric fireplace. Watch films on the 51” TV with Xfinity.

A second living area offers a sofa, accent chairs, and a TV with Xfinity and a DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen overlooking the canal offers ample counter space, modern appliances, and all the gadgets you need to prepare tasty meals.

Gather at the six-person table or dine alfresco on the private lanai. A second formal dining area seats six.

BED & BATH

Retreat to the quiet primary suite, which features a king bed and sliding glass door access to the lanai. The en-suite bath offers tile flooring, two vanities, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. These rooms share a bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy saltwater fishing off the private dock. Your rental offers four Adirondack chairs perfect for dockside lounging. A fish cleaning station is provided.

As evening falls, relax with a cold beverage on the screened lanai, fire up the stainless steel gas grill, and dine as the sun sets.

The canals are not legal swimming areas, no swimming in the canals.

EXTRA PERKS & AMENITIES

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for three vehicles. Foldable beach chairs, assorted beach toys, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon are provided.

While the garage is accessible, guests cannot park there. Driveway parking is not permitted for trailers of any kind, boats, Sea-Doo watercraft, or RVs. These types of vehicles and watercraft must be parked off-site.

LOCATION

This waterfront property is the ideal for exploring Marco Island’s many treasures. Get out on the water from your dock and enjoy paddleboarding, kayaking, or fishing. Or head to Residence Beach, 2 blocks away, to play in the surf. Public beach access is a 10-minute walk.

Guests who rent for 30+ days can purchase a beach pass for $140 from MICA to use the Residence Beach facilities -- less than a 5-minute walk. This includes access to parking, a restaurant, a park, and washrooms.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Overall nice, great location for walking

Overall nice home inside, needs some updating outside. Great location to walk to beach, restaurants and nearby Catholic Church. It’s on a canal, but a long way from the ocean. Don’t plan on catching any fish. Lighting made no sense and needs a new garbage disposal.

Tranquil, peaceful, perfect

We loved our stay at this property. It is exactly as depicted in the photos. Easy walking distance to shops and dinning. Also fairly close to Tiger Beach. We did not have access to the resident beach because of our short stay, but found other nice beach spots. The house is very clean, and in good working order… We had a special host on the property, a burrowing owl who greeted us from his perch everyday! The neighbors we encountered were all extremely friendly. This was a great house for our stay on Marco Island and we will definitely be back!

Absolute Nightmare!!

Turnkey property management is the management company and when we saw the property 1 week before check in it looked like an abandoned home. We were told we couldn’t cancel for any reason and assured it would match pictures by check in. 8 people flew in from cross country only to have Turnkey cancel at 7pm night before check in with no alternative plan for us. They were the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Sounded like teenagers on the phone and they outsource their phones so you can never reach the same person twice. Asked for a supervisor to try to resolve this and was blown away by the attitude and disregard for my family during a holiday week. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM TURNKEY. I feel badly for the property owners. They likely have no idea how their potential renters are treated. Marco is full of amazing people, this company is clearly not local.

Good but....

First of all, the house is very nice. It is clean and very cute. The reason we chose the house, however, was for the fishing opportunity. Unfortunately, fishing was poor at this location (not at all the fault of the owner, of course). Beach access is not easy from this property. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach and if you are taking a lot of equipment, it can be cumbersome. The owners also leave no information about getting to the beach or anything else related to the island, which is odd and not helpful. Beds and linens should also be updated. Again, the house is lovely. If you are looking for close beach access or great fishing, this may not be the property for you.

Fantastic location and perfect vacation home!

We had A great visit and enjoyed everything about the house! The dock was very peaceful and beautiful did you sit and relax. It was a great bike ride to putt putt in many different restaurants every evening! We would definitely rent there again!

Great place to stay!

Nice layout of house. Plenty of areas for family and friends to spend time together visiting and playing games. Nice quiet street/neighborhood. Very clean home. Few of the items did not work, however, the management company was quick to respond and resolve. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home for families

The home is laid out perfectly. We traveled with four teens and two adults and had plenty of room. The patio was a great way to start our morning and end our day with a beautiful view of the canal. It was a quick walk to restaurants and the beach was convenient. Quiet neighborhood with all the conveniences. Amazing stay.

Very comfortable home

Enjoyed our 2 week stay only wished we faced west so we could have seen sunsets but the lanai was wonderful and very relaxing..ate many meals outside and enjoyed the view!

Great experience and house was wonderful except for the key code not working. Might need to check if this entry lock needs replaced. Only item that was not supplied was a blow dryer and one of the bikes had a flat tire. Very spacious and lovely home.
