Warmth

We had a group of 6, all over 60, and we found the facility very clean and had a very good stay. A couple of recommendations though would be to have the patio door locks repaired or functional as a stick in the tracks doesn’t seem to secure when leaving personal belongings and passports at residence when out and about. On another note the furniture could probably be replaced as the cushions are no longer supportive and when sitting the back of your legs rest on the frame. Overall though very satisfied with the facilty.

We had a great first vrbo experience in this traditional coastal vrbo . We appreciated all the communication we had with the mgmt team to make sure everything was going great . This house was very clean and in a safe quiet neighborhood. We also loved the heated pool and lanai surrounded hedges for privacy . It was so convenient having the beach towels & chairs available for use. We will be using vrbo more in the future.

Marco Island Vacation 10/11_2024

We found the house in a nice and quiet neighborhood, still close to the beach (7 minutes by car). Nice and spacy terrace. The house was equipped with all we needed including beach towels. We had 2 very nice weeks and wud come again next year if possible.

Great vacation spot!

This house was perfect for our Spring Break trip with our three kids. The house was extremely clean and stocked with all the kitchen utensils you'll need. The house sits just a few blocks away from the park and a short bike ride to the beach. There was also a beach cart and and a bunch of beach chairs and umbrellas that we were able to use when we went to the beach. The screened in pool was an added bonus and our kids loved it.

Nice neighborhood, not close to beach

We enjoyed the house overall, loved having a pool. Minor inconveniences… the access code we were given did not work so at 10 pm at night we were standing in the driveway calling trying to get in the house already paid for, the sliding glass door from the dining room to the pool is unbelievably hard to open no way a child nor an elderly adult could open that door needs to be fixed, the faucets are terribly hard to work very hard to pull up needs to be fixed in both bathrooms and kitchen sink. We enjoyed our stay just thought we were closer to the beach than what we were, would have loved to been able to ride a bike to the beach or walk to the beach was further than what the description led on. Over all the house was nice don’t get me wrong, just thought it was more than what it was

Great family stay

Beautiful property right in the center of Marco Island - everything is a short drive. Family-friendly property , clean and comes with all of the conveniences a family needs! Our kids loved the heated pool and we felt it was a great / quiet area to spend a few days in the sun. The home has everything you’ll need for a day at the beach as well. Thank you to Mark and the team at Plus Vacation Rentals for making this an easy process and very comfortable stay!
