Slow Chalet Tilleuls with mountain view – near ski slopes & hiking 5 pers

Please note before your arrival: Linen is provided for 1 double bed and 1 single bed; it is possible to rent extra linen and towels from the concierge before your arrival (38 double kits and 25 single kits). Enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming 25 m² apartment, located at Col de la Croix Fry, in the heart of the Aravis mountain range. Almost ski-in/ski-out in winter ( 7 minute walk to the alpine and Nordic slopes), it is also perfectly situated for summer hiking and outdoor activities, at the foot of the Beauregard Plateau, a protected natural area.

The apartment accommodates 4-5 persons : goup or a family with 2–3 children. It features a bright living area with a double sofa bed, a little bedroom "sleeping area in the entrance" with three single beds ( 1 bunkbed) , an open kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and separate toilets and a sunny balcony offering open views over the resort, the surrounding mountains, and—on clear days—Mont Blanc.

You can easily access the Manigod and La Clusaz ski areas, two family-friendly resorts offering ESF ski lessons from age 3. Nearby you will find shops, restaurants, a spa, and ski rental services. Free parking is available within the residence, as well as a free seasonal shuttle.

🎿 Winter: alpine and Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, sledging, and mountain restaurants on the Beauregard Plateau (we recommend using a ski locker in the resort for added comfort).
🥾 Summer: hiking, mountain biking (some lifts open), paragliding, swimming, and sunset views at Lake Annecy.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the Maison des Bois residence, overlooking the resort (25 m² of living space, balcony not included).

The area

Col de la Croix Fry offers a calm, nature-filled setting year-round. Nearby you will find small shops, a spa, and seasonal restaurants, including Les Sapins, chez Fonfon, the former Marc Veyrat restaurant, now run by his daughter, La Casa delicatessen, a Sherpa mini-market, and additional dining options in the Merdassier area, Lo Garajo and Le Capitaine in Manigod Village.
