Situated on the 5th floor (without elevator) of a typical building and a few minutes walk from Brotteaux metro station, this lovely 29 m² studio is a perfect place to stay up to 2 persons for a comfortable touristic stay, a working trip or a romantic weekend.

This cosy and modern apartment comes from a bright living room equipped with an HD TV and a comfortable 140*190 sofa bed. You will also enjoy a large bright fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower.

Fiber WIFI available.
Sheets and towels are provided.
We provide you too with convenience products (rice, pasta, coffee, tea...).

The access to the apartment is 100% independant and secured thanks to a connected lock on our apartment's door. Checkin is from 3PM and checkout up to 11AM maximum.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
