Guest Access:
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. 8 mins drive from the central train/bus station Luxembourg, Gare Centrale & can be reached via local cab from ✈ Luxembourg Airport in approx. 14 min.
There are other means of transportation like the bus, Luxtram tram line, and Webtaxi, or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by Towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!
Other Things to Note:
Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book.
- Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty.
- It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour.
- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
