A charming apartment overlooking the River Looe and woodland, close to the town centre, with it’s beaches, restaurants, shops and timeless harbour.. 40 steps to entrance.

Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden.. Welcome to Low Tide, a comfortable apartment perched in an elevated position on the hillside, offering tranquil views of lush woodland and the meandering River Looe as it flows toward the English Channel. Accessible via several flights of steps, the apartment’s single-level layout creates an inviting and practical retreat.

Inside, the bright, open-plan living space boasts river views, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and two sumptuously comfortable twin leather sofas with TV. The accommodation includes two bedrooms, a master with a double bed offering serene woodland and river views, and a second bedroom with versatile bunk beds—a lower double and a single above. The family bathroom features a deep, curved bath for indulgent soaks, complemented by a shower for added convenience. Poorly signed to find unit even with instructions given. Very muddy and slippery to park car and get to unit. We have no experience in using central heating and there were no instructions on how to use it. Took over 15min to figure out how to lock the door - turn handle up - never had to lock a door that way in my life so again some instructions on that would have been very helpful! Towels, if you can call them that - like drying yourself with a blanket, awful. Faint smell in main bedroom similar to cat pee.
