Summary:
Palace Wharf is an outstanding gated riverside development comprising 16 luxurious one, two and three-bedroom apartments to rent located in one of Fulham’s premier roads, immediately adjacent to the River Thames.

The loft apartments have been interior designed to accommodate luxury living and boast generous size rooms, high ceilings, Smart Homes AV, Miele appliances and Crittall double glazed windows, keeping the original build of the warehouse.

This former marble warehouse has been stylishly converted into modern apartments with a Thames riverside location. The apartment boasts a bright open plan kitchen and living area, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and separate WC. The fully fitted Metris Kitchen is complete with Miele appliances including an integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, full height fridge freezer, oven, hob and integrated extractor fan as well as a wine cooler. The bathrooms comprise of full bathroom suites with underfloor heating whilst the bedrooms boast bespoke mirrored wardrobes and automatic lighting. Further benefits of the apartment include a Crestron audio visual system, a digital video door entry system and pre-wiring for Sky + TV.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
-Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. -Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it`s payable before arrival.

-For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required.

Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
