A charming and comfortable flat is within a historic mansion building dating back to 1898 awaits your visit, perfectly situated for exploring the vibrant city of London. This delightful property comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, each containing a double-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There are also two bathrooms, both equipped with showers, with the added convenience of one being an ensuite.

You'll find a dedicated dining area with seating for four, ideal for enjoying meals together. The living area offers a cosy and traditional ambiance, complete with a comfortable sofa and a smart television for your entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine, making your stay as convenient as possible.

Nestled near the beautiful expanse of Battersea Park, this neighbourhood offers a wonderful blend of green spaces and urban convenience. You can enjoy leisurely strolls, picnics, or even boating on the lake within the park's extensive grounds. The area boasts a fantastic selection of restaurants catering to diverse tastes, from family-friendly eateries to more refined dining experiences. You'll also find traditional British pubs offering a warm welcome and a great atmosphere. The iconic Battersea Power Station is within easy reach, offering a unique blend of history, shops, and restaurants along the riverside.

For transport links, the property is conveniently located near both Battersea Power Station and Clapham Junction stations. From Battersea Power Station, you can access the Northern line on the London Underground, providing direct connections to central London and beyond. Clapham Junction is a major transport hub with numerous overground train lines connecting you to various parts of London and the South of England. There are also multiple bus routes just a few minutes walk away, this excellent connectivity makes exploring all that London has to offer incredibly easy and convenient.

There is free parking on Cambridge road and the roads nearby from 5pm to 9am on weekdays and free parking over the weekends and bank holidays. The nearest Pay and Display is on Foxmore St and Kersley St for a min 2hrs at £7.40, max 4hrs. There is also parking within Battersea Park (entrances on Albert Road and Rosary Gate, off Prince of Wales Drive) for £3.40 per hour, max £6.80 over the weekend.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
