STRICTLY No bachelor/bachelorette parties/hen do/party/gathering/events or loud noise/music related to this. If these rules have been violated, guests will be evicted from the apartment even on the first night and the full amount of the reservation fee + £250 damage deposit will be claimed.

Smoking is strictly not allowed. If this rule is violated the damage deposit of £250 will be claimed.

The apartment had no bedroom or bathroom storage. There was no space at all in the bathrooms to store toiletries and the absolute spareness of the decor made it seem less welcoming and comfortable than the generic decor of a particularly cheap hotel . Communication with the management was consistently rude, inattentive, and unaccommodating, behaving as though we were at fault for something even when we were simply making queries. When we did have a significant problem, we chose to wait until the next morning to call them in spite of some considerable inconvenience on our part. When we reached them the following morning, we were promptly scolded for not having telephoned them the night before even though the problem caused them no inconvenience. They exhibited a complete lack of sympathy and understanding. Nearly every communication with them was a similar tenor: abrupt and critical. Manner of fact is one thing, this was entirely another. Further when we reported that the dishwasher did not work, they first asked had we turned it on (how else would we know it did not work ?), then asked if the power to the switch was on (again - how could we have tried to run it?), and then did nothing else.
