It was so nice to stay in this apartment. Joyce was so kind and attentive, while leaving us to our privacy. This place was like staying at my grandmother's house. And anything you could possibly need was at your finger tips! It was so nice to have someplace to stay when I come home where I can get away from my family when I need to, and just relax for the evening. I WILL be staying here again the next time I visit my family.

Basement apartment of the house of an amazing hostess in Ms Joyce. Very comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed our time while we were in Lexington to watch our son play football for Tennessee.

Very nice two night stay. Check in was easy had a key. Place was clean. Twins loved the mini candy bars. Host had many things for us. Popcorn. Shampoo. Was fast to talk to host when needed little help with the heat/air. Handrails on steps going down was nice also. We will def stay again if in this part of town.

What a gracious Property Owner !!

My 1st of hopefully many stays in Kentucky

This was a planned vacation for my wife and I that turned into 4. Joyce was more than accommodating to that change. Every time that I messaged her, she responded quickly. We absolutely loved the apartment. It was immaculate. It was 100% accurate on description. Very quiet neighborhood but also within 10 minutes of downtown Lexington. When we come back next year, I'm definitely gonna book this place again. 5 star place and host

Lexington Stay...Great!

It was so nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood where you could walk out the door for a nice walk. This house was squeaky clean, comfortable, spacious, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The host provided added treats, candy, and popcorn, which were appreciated. I would highly recommend a stay at this house.
