The Space:

Nestled in the trees for a feeling of privacy and wilderness, the Indian Paintbrush is just minutes to Historic Downtown Leadville. This 3 story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is ideal for the whole gang. The two bedrooms upstairs each have a queen bed. One of the bedrooms in the lower level has two sets of bunk beds; the other room has queen bed. There is also a futon and a pullout couch, bringing the total occupancy up to twelve guests. Separate living room and den areas offer lots of room to spread out and relax. This home provides WiFi & Roku (there is only 1 Smart TV in the home and that is located in the living room). Enjoy the ping-pong table as well. Bask in the sun year-round in the sunroom that runs the whole length of the house, letting in all the natural light and heat.

Head out on a fall colors bike ride, ski or snowshoe, go fly fishing, or climb the fourteeners! And as for the great indoors, we have plenty of restaurants, shops and historical attractions.



Getting Around:

Leadville is a very walkable city, and this home is just a few minutes drive into downtown. Free, ample off-street parking is included.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
