The apartment features two generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are furnished with high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a restful stay. The living area, situated upstairs, opens onto a balcony that provides stunning views of the Tamar River and the city lights, extending towards Trevallyn and the Seaport areas. The kitchen, bathed in natural light from the front and back windows, serves as the heart of the living space. Guests can enjoy easy access to local attractions, including the Zig Zag track, Duck Reach Walk, Chairlift, and Penny Royal Adventure Park, all within close proximity.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed), a full bathroom, a half bathroom, and the living room. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. You'll also have the luxury of amenities like air conditioning, heating, and wireless internet. Free garage parking is available on the premises for one guest vehicle.

Cataract 7 offers exceptional convenience for getting around Launceston. You'll find yourself ideally situated for exploring the city on foot, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. For those arriving by car, free and secure parking is provided in the garage on site. The apartment is also a great base for exploring the wider region, with easy access to major roads. While public transport options are available, the central location makes it easy to experience the best of Launceston without relying on buses or taxis. The Launceston Airport (LST) is approximately a 15-minute drive from the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that parking is available in a secure lock-up garage, accessible with a remote. You can access the apartment via a stairwell or elevator. Inside the apartment, there is one internal set of stairs. Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. The apartment is located at 135 Paterson Street, Launceston, TAS 7250, Australia.
