Have fun with Bayshore 76 is a 5 bedroom villa in Palmar de Ocoa beachfront community. A bright and modern spacious villa with a Caribbean touch

3 bedrooms w/king beds, and 2 bedrooms with 2 full beds each. So for 12 guests a perfect beachfront accommodation

Of course daily maid included. She comes every morning to clean the house and then end your day at 7 PM

Upon request, we have a private chef who can prepare meals for you (additional cost). You must bring ingredients from the supermarket

The space
All rooms have air conditioning, a fan, and a bathroom. There is also a separate TV room and dining room with air conditioning.

Guest access
You have access to the entire property including the front and back patio, 2 terraces, 100 linear feet of exclusive beach for your use, a 100-foot long dock, barbecue area, infinity pool and a large patio with huge trees that allow you to relax under the shade overlooking the beach and the entire bay

The beach is just 20 steps from the house. Yes, walk 20 steps and your feet are already in the water. No stones, just pure fine sand.

An important detail: because the wind blows offshore, we don't have sargassum at any time of the year.

Other things to note
1. Electricity is NOT included in the price. Is calculated on kwh use. The cost of electricity varies depending on usage. It generally costs between 10 and 20 per day per use.
2. Music level daytime normal (not bothering the surrounding).
3. Music level after 10pm LOW LOW level
4. Beach towels are NOT included
5. The use of hookah is strictly prohibited.
