Decadent hotel with very bad services
I arrive to the hotel, asked to put the car in the garage but they told me it's not covered and that is better to leave it on the street. Fine.
They give us the room access card, and when we get to the room the card doesn't work (apparently is normal) and they give us a key instead.
In the room the A/C wasn't working and it was really hot, I go downstairs and ask, and the guy tells me that he's going to "open" it, ok. After a while it is still not working, now I call, they tell me the same, after a while it was extremely hot I go downstairs and they tell me the air is broken and that I should just open the balcony door for fresh air... During the whole stay it never worked and the temperature was really unconfortable.
I bought some water and tried to put it in the mini fridge, and guess what? It wasn't working either inside was a bit colder than the room but it was "ambient temperature" at best, I call for that and they said they were going to send someone the next day to fix it, and of course, no one came.
There are not many things nearby this hotel, so also things like getting water and such were really complicated, and they don't even provide a complimentary jar of water or anything, you have to buy it from the bar at 2€ a bottle.
The food from the restaurant is not very good, I recommend eating elsewhere.
Not a very good experience overall, but I also need to say that the room was very clean and tidy, and the guy from the bar and restaurant was really nice and helpful.
