This spacious home is newly renovated and is located directly across the street from Lake Wallenpaupack. It is a perfect spot to relax with your family and has plenty of room for everyone. There is a fully finished basement with a game room, smart TV, pool table and air hockey table. Outside there is a firepit (perfect for s'mores), a grill and easy access to the lake. Caffery Recreation area, Capri Marina and Capri Restaurant are just steps away!

This house is located directly across the street from Lake Wallenpaupack. The lake can be reached directly through the woods, but a short, 150 ft. walk to the right is community access via stairs and a path.

*There is no private dock*
- Renters with boats can contact Caffery Recreation Area to inquire about launching boats and parking boat trailers.
- There is community access to the lakefront approximately 150 feet to the right of the house. The lakeshore is rocky, but Wilsonville Beach is just a short drive away.

*Parties with many adults should note that the house has parking for 4-5 cars (depending on the size of the cars).

*Note for renters with allergies: We do not allow renters to bring pets, but we do have a dog that stays with us while we are at the house. She is not permitted on any of the furniture.
