CONVERTED GARAGE: The garage is converted to a Game Room with couches, 65 inch Smart TV, Poker Table, Dart Boards, and the ability to hook up your gaming consoles. The game room also has a mini split AC and heater dedicated to the game room/garage
UPPER LEVEL: Skylights throughout. Primary Bedroom features a king bed with fireplace and attached bath that features a claw foot soaking tub. Guest Bedroom 1 features a king bed, and guest bedroom 2 features two full beds and a Twin trundle. The full guest bath offers a tub/shower combo.
LOWER LEVEL: The lower level boasts a second living room, second dining room (seating for 4), kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, fridge, and cooktop. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, and a full bathroom with tub/shower and separate dressing area for the bathroom sink.
LOWER LEVEL DECK: Leading out the lower level is the "backyard" space - completely paved in concrete with a second firepit and seating area. - Please do not leave children unattended in this space as there is a 3 foot drop off in the back yard. The space is roped off, but children can crawl through the gaps and openings.

NO ANIMALS are permitted on the property. We suffer from extreme allergies and frequent our home for personal use. A $500 fine will be imposed for violations.
Your stay is for personal use for your families or friends - no commercial activities on site. No parties, or nuisances that would take away from the tranquil nature of the neighborhood and surroundings. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy. Our neighbors are full time residents, so please respect not only our home, but theirs, too!
Just a friendly reminder that you are in the mountains and nature. This brings wildlife such as bears, mountain lions, bobcats, coyotes, raccoons, and squirrels to name a few. Please be aware of your surroundings especially after dusk.
In the mountains, we also have common pests such as spiders, bugs, and other undesirable (sometimes unidentifiable) critters. While we have our home professionally cleaned after each guest and regularly scheduled pest control service, we simply can't avoid the occasional run-in with unwanted pests. If you see anything undesirable, please report it to us immediately and we will do our best to resolve in the timeliest manner.
