The Space:

The condo features a comfortable bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed. The living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, offering comfortable seating, a TV for your viewing pleasure, and a dedicated dining area for enjoying meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including cookware, dishes, and essential appliances. The bathroom is well-appointed with a convenient tub/shower combination and includes fresh towels for your use. Step outside to your private outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying the California sunshine and unwinding.



The suite is perfect for exploring La Quinta Old Town's wine bars, boutiques, and restaurants being just a short walk away. You can also venture out to the amazing nearby golf courses, hiking trails, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.



For those coming to town for the festivals the Embassy Suites is a stop for the official Coachella & Stagecoach shuttle.

Our condo is ideally located in Casitas Las Rosas, just a 5-minute walk to charming Old Town La Quinta. You’ll find a variety of dining options, wine bars, and boutique shops, perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. Start your day with a coffee from one of the nearby cafés, and don’t miss the weekly markets for local finds.

The community is also close to the pet area, making it convenient for guests traveling with pets. For those seeking outdoor adventures, golf courses and hiking trails are easily accessible.

Beyond the famous Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the area hosts many other world-class events throughout the year, including the BNP Paribas Open, local art festivals, and seasonal markets, all just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! While Old Town is within walking distance, we recommend a car to explore the Coachella Valley. You'll find convenient freeway access nearby for easy travel to top attractions — including Joshua Tree National Park, just 45 minutes away, perfect for a scenic day trip or sunset hike.

-Pets are allowed with $150 fee.

-Guests have access to the shared swimming pool and hot tub. Pools are heated year-round and overlook the community gardens.
