This rare corner unit provides more privacy and peace and quiet than most locations on site as there are no neighbors to the south side of the lanai. Ascending the stairs, you'll find the upstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort during your stay. For those nights when you just want to stay in after a long day of Maui adventures, our fully equipped kitchen allows you to create meals for your family and friends. Kamaole Sands 5401 was updated in November 2022 with split AC, furniture, ceiling fans, living room and upstairs bedroom lighting, and window shutters.

The South Kihei beach parks are an amazing spot to enjoy the ocean and watch amazing Maui sunsets. Kihei boat ramp is just down the street where you can find the best Maui boat excursions including Molokini snorkel trips or fishing charters. You can’t beat this convenient location, just a few minutes from all the Kihei shopping and restaurants and also a few minutes from the luxury of Wailea Resort area and the famous Shops at Wailea.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Nice Rental

The condo was in good condition, nicely decorated and well maintained. The kitchen contained all necessary appliances and equipment. There were TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, though there were no remotes in the bedrooms, which rendered those TVs all but useless. The living room furniture was comfortable. Ceiling fans and A/C throughout the unit maintained a comfortable environment even on the hottest days. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The bed in the second bedroom was exceedingly uncomfortable, worn-out and sagged so much that I couldn't sleep in it. There were many hairs in the bathrooms and many of the kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, and silverware were dirty and had to be washed before use.The location is convenient and close to restaurants and shopping. It is across the street from a great beach park. The pool is large. There are two hot tubs and a kiddie pool. Overall, this is a very good vacation rental, but the cleanliness and bedding need improvement.

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful and just like the pictures! There was plenty of space and it came with everything we needed! There was a fully stocked kitchen with bowls, plates, silverware, etc. as well as a toaster, coffee maker, microwave and more! There was also coolers and beach chairs for us to take to the beach, which was only just right across the street. This is such a wonderful find and it’s in a prime location close to great beaches and food options! Will definitely recommend and return if I visit again!

Great place!

We loved this condo. We would love to stay here again. The place was very clean and the towels and sheets were like new. The Kihei location is perfect with Kam III beach right across the street. We were there on July 4th, took a picnic across the street, watched the sunset and then watched the fireworks. Great location!

We loved our time here. Beautiful condo, lots of room. Condo complex is amazing! Condo view of the pool and ocean was glorious each morning. Beach chairs and umbrella could use a little love, but such a small thing.

Beautiful place

We had a nice time staying here. I really wish they would at least leave cooking oil/stray and spices that guests leave behind so we don't have to purchase those everytime! How about the property has a bench that guests can leave items and other guests can take if they choose?
