Welcome to Latitude Adjustment located in the Truman Annex Shipyard just steps from beaches, restaurants & bars, Key West Amphitheater, Southernmost Point, Hemingway House and so much more!

Recently renovated and many upgrades throughout this condo is designed for a turnkey home away from home! Luxe finishing such as quartz countertops, custom walk-in shower, dual vanities, large rear lanai and a first class feel to this well thought out home.

The open floor plan consists of:

Kitchen: Quartz countertops with breakfast bar, stainless appliances, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and all utensils and cooking pots and pans, coffee maker etc.

Dining Area: The home offers inside and outside dining for 4 people and also has additional stools available at the breakfast bar if you have up to 6 persons.

Living Room: Sofa sleeper, sitting chair, entertainment console and 65" flatscreen TV with basic cable and streaming abilities and large French doors to provide ample lighting and easy access to back lanai.

Primary Suite: The primary suite offers a king size bed, closet, dresser and 45" flatscreen tv with basic cable and streaming ability.

Bathroom: Full shared bathroom with large shower with sitting area, dual custom vanity, dual mirrors and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Offers 2- twin beds (or request the twin beds be converted to an additional king bed) armoire, nightstand and 35" flatscreen tv with basic cable and streaming abilities.

Lanai/ Patio: A spacious lanai perfect for entertaining is in the rear of the home. It features a table with umbrella and chairs, 2-loungers and electric grill.

Washer & Dryer: A stackable washer and dryer are available in the entry hall.

Very clean and nice. Would recommend for a family of four or smaller. Only cons about the place was the dryer took over two hours to dry a load of clothes, toilet took forever to fill back up, we had a couple on the side of us arguing every morning of our stay starting at 6:30 am and you can hear every movement from the floor above.

Clean, nice, but stiff.

The condo and grounds was nice and clean and kept well, however I wouldn’t stay here with kids again. The pool closes early, no jumping in, splashing, etc, no music allowed at pool, no drinks in pool, seems to cater to retirement age people. Not for families.

Excellent condo

Condo was clean and well equipped. Great for a family of four adults. Patio was nice added outdoor space. Pool was very nice. Appreciated the beach towels. Location was great, quick walks to Duval St, Mallory Square and the beach.

Third time Staying in the Shipyard!

We love staying in this association. It is extremely well kept, clean, and accommodating. The pool is fantastic! And you are near all of the action on Duval.This stay we did have to put up with construction on the unit above us, for the entire time we were there. Heavy footsteps starting at 7am, hammering, saw noise and air compressor nail gun. A lot of the construction debris fell onto our patio daily, which we cleaned up. I contacted the management company on our last night because there was noise until 9pm. They told me that I should have reported it immediately and they could've done something. So they were not going to compensate us at all.So my advice, if there is ANYTHING that is not right, call the management team immediately. Outside of that, we had a fabulous time celebrating my 60th Birthday!!!LOVE Key West!!

Key West Truman Annex

Love the neighborhood, close to everything, pool within a few steps of back door. Kitchen and bath was recently remodeled and they did a great job. At check in we could not access the property because front door was locked. We had to contact property manager on Christmas Day. They were quick to resolve.One update I would recommend is a new mattress in master.

Key West Hideaway

The property was small but very efficient and had everything we needed for a sweet and lovely Key West hideaway. Easy walking to everything we wanted to do, including Fort Tyler beach and Old Town and great restaurants. Everything. The property was safe and secluded with a pleasant small pool, and wonderful morning light. I screwed up and thought I had booked us an extra day, and they were great about letting us stay the extra day.

Nice & Accurate

Family of 5 stayed here and thought it was great! Listing is accurate and unit was clean. Good location on the island. Pool has a chiller to keep it from getting too hot in the summer. Property seems to have good security. Probably more ideal for family of 4 or less, but our family of 5 still enjoyed it.

Great unit! Well appointed and nicely decorated. A couple of things needed repaired (kitchen faucet and internet connection), but staff was extremely prompt and was able to remedy. I hesitated giving an overall 5 star review due to very soft mattress, but that is a personal preference which may not affect others. Thank you!

A piece of heaven

The Truman annex shipyard room we stayed at was very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed with new furnishings. My wife and I appreciated being in a secured area and having a designated parking spot. Location wise was perfect, located close to all the attractions that Key West has to offer. Another plus was having two bicycles available in the event we chose that in lieu of our golf cart transportation. Also, a great back deck to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee and listen to the roosters crow. Only disappointment was that the stay wasn't long enough. We LOVE Key West and our stay at the Truman annex shipyard made it that much more enjoyable. *The property manager was very prompt to answer any questions we had.

Beautiful Condo

The condo has been beautifully updated with welcoming beach colors and decore. The kitchen was adequate for cooking a full mean. The open living dining area made it seem much more spacious as it opened in to the kitchen. The double vanity was fantastic and the two rainshowers worked well. We used the bikes daily. Due to the heat, we did not spent much time on the lovely deck. A plus not mentioned on the description is an added lockable locker for laptops, etc. We have never been concerned in the Annex, but when you have sensitive data on your computer, it makes you feel extra secure. We will come again.

Amazing location, beautiful unit

This was a gorgeous property in the perfect location. Walking distance to amazing sunsets and fantastic restaurants but quiet and secure. The unit was spotless and had a lot of personal touches — loved the bag of essentials upon arrival. You won’t be disappointed for booking this place.

Clean, Comfortable & Great Location!

The unit was great. Very clean & comfortable and you can walk or bike everywhere. The home came with a parking space and 2 bikes for guest use which was awesome. The weather was perfect and we spent a lot of time on the back patio in the evenings. The unit was well stocked and entry was very easy. Any questions we had where promptly answered by concierge/property manager. The unit is recently remodeled and is much more modern than the other dates units we have staying in before in the Shipyard. Definitely a great place and we look forward to returning next year!

Perfection in Key West !

Where to begin… This rental was perfect in so many ways. We have rented many units in The Shipyard and Latitude Adjustment is by far the best we have stayed in yet! The renovations and furnishings where fantastic! We are a part of 4 and the home was a perfect size. There is a King size bed in the primary suite (which you don’t normally l get in a condo) and we had the property manager convert the 2nd bedroom to another King bed instead of two twins. It was like we both had our own suites! We where worried only having 1 bathroom would not suffice but the bathroom is newly remodeled and has ample storage under the vanity for everyone’s items and since it has 2 sinks /sides it was like each couple had their own place for all their items. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed and more for our stay. The units rear patio has a foot gate which takes you out a path and is just steps from the pool. We loved the bikes ! We decided to forgo a rental car and rent a golf cart instead for a few days and was lots of fun. Do get a gas cart vs electric as there is not charger in the parking lot for an electric chart. The grounds where safe and secure and we absolutely had the best stay. We had a few questions during our stay and reached out to the property manager who was quick to respond with recommendations for dining, activities and general questions. We have already booked a return trip later this summer to our new FAVORITE unit in the Annex!
