"Let's be straight to the point, this is not a 5* hotel and more like a low 4*. The hotel pictures and looking at it from far away, it looks modern and contemporary, but it's only a layer of makeup. - Check in. We were told to take the elevators from the east wing, after 15min of looking for the room and which rooms were very well signed, we went back to reception and now told us (different person, that such a room was on the west wing).. "Perfekter Urlaub zum entspannen! Das Hotel war super modern, sauber und das Essen war immer sehr lecker! Für uns ein perfekter urlaub! Nur die Betten waren ein wenig weich für unseren Geschmack. Außerdem wären Daunenkissen eine gute Alternative zu den hohen Kissen aus Textil gewesen ansonsten aber 9/10 Punkten!!"

"We have just returned as a family of 5 from our wonderful stay at Lordos. I have 2 children, one who is SEN…and the staff couldn’t do more to support us from understanding our concerns about our initial rooms with balcony and changing rooms for us no problem thanks to the lovely Magda to providing a pizza for our child every lunch and dinner time (this is all he will eat). The hotel itself is immaculate in condition and cleanliness! The housekeepers do such a wonderful job and are just so kind,...
