Please note that sleeping arrangements comprise a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, which will be ready for use upon arrival. The bed shown in the pictures is from one of our other apartments and is not indicative of this studio`s actual furnishings.

The quaint apartment is positioned on the second-floor of a charming, two-story house and is accessible via a staircase. The original, character-filled staircase is set to be renovated in the future for enhanced comfort.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please leave the apartment in a tidy and orderly condition.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
• The apartment is not to be used for commercial purposes.
