The Grand Lux Pool & Beach Resort has a beautiful open concept w/a large kitchen, extra large master bedroom & jacuzzi w/double shower & a custom beautiful closet. All other remodeled bedrooms & bathrooms are perfect for a large family looking for separate living quarters.
The sprawling, oversized backyard w/ a 19x39 size Pool & beautiful trex deck & custom lit up gazebo provides a Perfect Beach Getaway for families & friends.

Especially suited for special family occasions such as a gender reveals, baby showers, & weddings.

This home w/ a large kitchen, pool recreational room provides all the amenities needed while relaxing and rejuvenating from the everyday life stressors.
I, as your host, work full time in providing the best hospitality service to each & every single one of my guests. As your host, it is my goal to provide a clean, comfortable, relaxing experience. ❤️To note: my 25 year old daughter & SIL is in a separate en suite completely separate from the home with her own entrance. She is huge on providing complete privacy to you and your family or friends.

There is also a private separate guest suite located on the opposite street and opposite side of the home. It’s 4200 SF long so it’s very very large. With this, there may be times the pool is shared.

Beautiful place and star host

We had a constant communication with the host all the time answering my questions and let us know about all the details. Well attended property with numerous amenities. I really recommend Frankie and this place for your rental vacation

Our first night we had no hot water for showers. The host came in the next and told me to run all fauucets to get the shower to have hot water. I should have been told this first. The kitchen didn't have hot water. The number of beds advertised was not available. The bed linen appeared used and not changed. Exposed electrical ceiling fan wiring in office/bedroom.

We greatly enjoyed our time staying at this very spacious beach house! It was a nice place to relax and escape following my husband’s funeral. I had a long therapeutics soak in the jacuzzi tub prior to leaving, what a way to start the day! The host Frankie was kind enough to let us check in a bit early, following the service giving my family a place to have communal pool time and grieve in the beach air. Don’t miss this great location!

The place was spacious, however, we were not impressed with the upkeep of the property. The floors looked clean, but after walking barefoot through the house our feet were black. In addition, we kept finding black dog hair. We did not have a dog with us. The second night, when the remaining guest arrived, they reported that there was and in their bed. The queen bed mattress in the master bedroom was awful and threw us to the center of the bed. Two people fell with the insufficiently constructed ADA ramp transitions. Many of the “repairs” were very shoddy and they need to be taken care of if the listing is going to say “Lux”. There were cracked tiles, hole in master shower, broken pain of glass in the master bath toilet closet door and a panel laced over the front side glass that had been broken out. To top it off there were individuals staying t both ends of the home that we were not aware of. In the entry there was a door that was locked that went to the owner’s daughter’s quarters and then a locked door in the master bath that went to another tenant. When we scheduled our booking in Jan. of 2025, 5 people read through the listing and not one of us saw anything about tenants on the property. However, there is now a “” in the listing that mentions the daughter living there. But I cannot imagine 5 professional adults missed the in January when we booked. The listing still says you get the whole house, however there are tenants attach at both ends of the house.

Fantasy Football Draft

The space was enormous and well equipped to handle 10 guys. Plenty of bathrooms and beds! We enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs outside. The interior decor was modern and update nicely! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

This place was amazing, the location to the beach was great, drive down the street and free parking at the walkway to Jax Beach. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The house was huge, clean with plenty of bath towels, wash clothes and beach towels. Fenced in back yard which was perfect if you bring your fur baby. The pool was big and so refreshing. The owner’s daughter and son in law live in an attached space. You never knew they were there. We saw them a couple times and they were very friendly. Frankie, the owner, was great, very responsive and helped us out with anything we needed. Some aspects to be aware of: - [ ] Lack of privacy in master bedroom/bathroom-my parents in back room had to travel through our bathroom and bedroom to get to the kitchen and living room area. - [ ] No curtains in two showers-the floors were a wet mess after a shower - [ ] No hair dryer-VBRO description said they were provided so we did not pack one-had to buy one-Frankie offered to reimburse us. - [ ] The landscaping needs cleaned up-clumps of grass, weeds, cutting back bushes. - [ ] The master bedroom had no access to the big walk-in closet as shown in the VBRO pictures-we had no where to hang clothes but there was plenty of room in the dresser. - [ ] Front door had broken glass - [ ] No access to washer/dryer. When you go to the beach this is very important. We had towels, wet bathing suits lying all around trying to dry them. There was a lack of hooks to dry everythi

Beautiful & Spacious Getaway

Our stay here was absolutely incredible! The house exceeded our expectations, it was spotless and accommodated everything we needed. The host Frankie is so welcoming and was very communicative and helpful with anything we had questions about or needed. Highly recommended booking this property for a perfect little getaway!

Amazing property, had an amazing time. It has a lot of space. Frankie was super helpful and very easy to reach. Any problem that we encountered she was quick to fix. Grill worked for our purposes and the pool was perfect. Would definitely stay at again.

The best destination wedding location

My husband and I had searched through many rental properties everywhere along the coast from SC to FL and we ultimately decided to have our small wedding here. Our family is scattered across the country so we wanted a location where everyone could stay while they were in town. This slept all 12 of our guests comfortably and could have accommodated more if needed. We were also able to include our fur babies which was one of our biggest criteria. The host kept us updated multiple times through the months before our stay and gave us information on the area of the house where the rental up-keeper was staying. The area was very clean. We stayed for a week and loved the large kitchen and multiple fridges that helped make meal times a lot easier with a large group. The house is spread out enough that we all had personal space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We walked down to the beach from the house almost everyday. The back yard was beautiful for our ceremony and reception. Franky had the yard mowed the day before the wedding so it was in perfect shape. Our guests complimented the house all evening long however the highlight of our trip was the giant bathroom where our hair and makeup could get all set up for the wedding. It was spacious enough for 8 bridesmaids plus a mimosa bar!! Would definitely recommend this for your backyard wedding or vacation!

Beach House

The appearance of the outside of the house is unkept, the bushes were overgrown, and grass needed to be cut while we were already in the house. There is a separate space for a permanent tenant which is something I would have liked to know prior to booking. This was first appearance upon arrival. That being said, once in the house the house is massice. Several kitchen/kitchenettes for multiple families. 5 bedrooms are available with several beds in each, and several couches. An ideal space for large family gatherings or family vacations. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time. The pool is great with lounge chairs for everyone. Quiet hours after 9pm as the houses are very close to one another.
