El nombre de la cabaña es "High Tide" y es realmente una joya escondida. Está ubicado en una pequeña isla / península llamada Little Neck en Ipswich MA que no muchos conocen. Little Neck es una comunidad privada y cerrada donde puedes retroceder en el tiempo y relajarte, disfrutar del tiempo en familia o comenzar una nueva aventura.

La cabaña de 100 años de antigüedad se ha actualizado con todas las comodidades modernas para que sea más fácil relajarse y disfrutar de las espectaculares vistas, pero ha conservado su encanto histórico y sus raíces. Viene con algunas sillas de playa, juguetes de playa y una carreta para llevar tus cosas a la playa. Incluye dos televisores de pantalla plana, cable, WiFi, lavadora y secadora, parrilla de gas Weber y algunos aires acondicionados cuando sea necesario.

Ipswich tiene excelentes restaurantes, es rica en historia con casas históricas para visitar, los mejores helados caseros, fácil acceso a Crane Beach Estates y mucho más. La comunidad de Little Neck tiene un calendario de eventos sociales para la temporada a la que puedes unirte. Lovely Views from the Porch

We spent a lovely girls week along the North Shore, with this beautiful little beach house as our home base. It was a little step back in time, which was just what we midwest girls were looking for. Hosts were responsive and helpful, cottage was clean and well-stocked. We were up high enough to get all the views of the ocean and sound, yet just a short walk to the rocky beach, and a few blocks to a sandy public beach. We had unseasonable cold while there, but stayed warm with the fireplace and room heaters, and enjoyed watching the storm and waves. Did not use any beach items, but the house was well-stocked. Modern appliances in great working order.*washer and dryer are in the basement, accessible only through outside doors. Stairs inside are narrow and bathroom spaces typical of an older beach home.

Beautiful settingl

The cottage is well taken care of. The sunroom was delightful and spent many hours there looking at the water. The sunsets from the porch were amazing and one evening we had a bagpiper playing down by the beach. A month before our visit we sent an email to confirm some questions. We never heard back till a few days before we were to be there It was vey unsettling for us as we had a long drive ahead The owner asked us to text her when we were 30 minutes from the house and she would meet us there and show us around. We never heard back from her. After we arrived she texted us she could stop later but we needed to go out to buy food We loved the house overall

HighTide continues to be an outstanding place to vacation. Great location, wonderful views, everything one could want inside & out. Super location for enjoying outdoor activities, both on Little Necks and elsewhere off-island. Linda & Peter are outstanding hosts - helpful & responsive when any questions come up but respectful of your time at the cottage. Couldn't give anyone a higher recommendation.

Nothing short of Wonderful!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to find ourselves restoring our sanity at High Tide. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The house was so comfortable. The front porch is the best place to spend the day just relaxing. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in. Linda, the owner was so kind and thoughtful. Our flight was cancelled ☹ and we had to scramble and rebook a flight that didn’t get us to the house until about 9:30 p.m., almost 12 hours later than expected, but Linda was there to greet us and make us feel welcome. The neighbors invited us over for a glass of wine and made us feel like family. I could go on, and on, and on… So, as I said, I can’t say enough good things about our experience. But one thing for sure, we will be back. Assuming we can find an open week.

million dollar view!

We picked this location for our fall tour of New England and we weren't disappointed. The view from the front porch/deck was soothing and relaxing. We found the area to be a choice location to find local seafood at its finest. This was considered a 5 star vacation and I thank the owners for the opportunity to have stayed there.

Summer Bookend

We stayed here in the spring and decided to come back for a fall getaway. The location is perfect, the house is everything we could want and a bit more, and the owners are great. Perfect vacation spot!

High Tide is the perfect vacation spot. The home is even better than described. We spent many hours on the porch, watching the tide change, drinking coffee or wine (depending on the hour) and enjoying the quiet. The surrounding area is great to visit, lots to do. A great spot!!

Great place to relax!

We absolutely loved our stay at High Tide! No detail was spared in the house and many extras to boot such as fresh flowers, berries for the picking, and even a happy birthday sign to greet us, as we were celebrating a milestone birthday. Linda was so easy to communicate with and was very attentive to our needs. The neighbors were also so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed beautiful sunrises, sunsets and were even treated to a full moon while we visited - and all over the incredible ocean and marsh views. We enjoyed the area around Ipswich but found it hard some days to leave the incredible porch! Great beaches so close by and great places for day tripping. We will certainly be repeat visitors to Ipswich and High Tide!

Outstanding Getaway Location

The High Tide rental house is a gem! Linda was a wonderfully proactive and positive host, who helped us to get acquainted with the area even before we arrived. Traveling with young kids can be a trip, but the High Tide house made everything so easy! The wrap around porch and outdoor shower made it easy to enjoy coming home after adventures around town. With a beaches and playgrounds in walking distance, we didn't have to go far to find exciting places to explore. The neighbors were all very friendly and we enjoyed evening strolls. The house has everything! The kitchen is well-stocked and the rooms are beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with everything you'll need to be comfortable and feel right at home. We hope to come back next year!

View from the porch!

High Tide is a classic beach cottage, VERY well kept. We were very comfortable there and found everything we needed. Whether you want to relax on the porch, head for the beach or explore Ipswich the house is a perfect home base for vacation. 180 degree views of the Ipswich River, even a gas fireplace for chilly mornings. It’s a perfect getaway, and we look forward to returning.

A beautiful getaway with so much it offer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High Tide in Little Neck! Linda was easy to work with and her home was comfortable and so much character. Everything was clean and we had all the amenities we needed. The view from the porch was amazing and we enjoyed having our coffee there in the morning. Ipswich is a friendly little town with an interesting history. High Tide was a perfect place in which to relax but also close to most tourist areas as well. We utilized the train to Salem and Boston. We highly recommend Linda’s beautiful home and hope to return again.

Killer Views

My family and I rented High Tide in mid-Sept 2020 and had a wonderful time! Check in was easy. Property was exactly as described. Communication was easy, owners were quick to respond, super friendly and helpful. We found the cottage very clean and comfortably furnished and decorated. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful sunroom (on cool mornings) and amazing outside porch (on warm afternoons and evenings), both of which have killer views! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even tuperware for leftovers. I found a raspberry bush on the side of the house with beautiful raspberries for my breakfast cereal!! The front porch had fresh herbs in a large planter and there were fresh flowers in vases in sunroom and master bedroom.! Lots of very nice extra touches!! We would highly recommend High Tide and hope to be back again!!

Wonderful respite

Everything you could want for a vacation getaway. Stunning ocean views, comfortable and tastefully decorated digs, and one of the most pleasant neighborhoods we’ve ever been in. Loved the close proximity to the beach, and reading on the porch and sun porch with the ocean as a background was heavenly. Oh yes, and it came with every convenience - even the small items - one could ever need. Many thanks to Linda who was very pleasant and helpful while also giving us plenty of privacy to enjoy this great find.
