The city attracts more than 1 million people each year for its multiple mainstream events, including the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival, the International Tamale Festival, and the BNB Tennis Tournament held in nearby Indian Wells. Drive to attractions such as Old Town La Quinta, Palm Springs with the Aerial Tramway, and Joshua Tree National Park.

This single-story layout has a spacious backyard and a fabulous kitchen to prepare meals for the entire group. You'll feel at home in no time.

The action is out back! Slip into your bathing suit and get ready to be Sun-Soaked while swimming in the sparkling private pool and spa, or just catch some rays while sunbathing on the poolside lounge chairs or daybed.

If you need a break from the heat, the shaded patio seating (with optional cooling misters) will come in handy for dining alfresco or sipping a cocktail with family and friends as you gaze at the mountains or watch the sunset.

Not to mention, the stargazing in Indio is incredible. So, turn on the firepit and cozy up, as there's nothing like enjoying time together while underneath the star-filled desert sky.



If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: he property is equipped with exterior cameras at the front entrance and garage for security, and noise monitoring devices to prevent excess noise disturbances.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
