Summary:
Discover Constellations, a stylish one-bedroom apartment (1,000 sqft/93 sqm) in one of Houston’s most vibrant neighborhoods, situated in a prestigious condominium community, The Star. Explore nearby attractions like Discovery Green Park, a green space with local events; The Houston Museum of Natural Science with its fascinating exhibits; and the Houston Theater District for a range of live performances. Enjoy exclusive access to community amenities including a state-of-the-art gym, a refreshing pool, a media/theater room, a golf simulator, and more.

The Space:
Upon entering, you’ll be met by an open concept living, dining and Kitchen Experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all high end Kitchen Aide appliances and a built in wine fridge. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all your dining and cooking equipment, along with a coffee maker and tea kettle. The home has high 12' ceilings and coffered ceilings in the living room. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a dining table with bar stools to allow extra seating at the breakfast bar. There is a full size washer and dryer in the home, located in a closet near the living area. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a separate entry door from the Kitchen.

During your stay, you’ll have access to all of the community’s amenities including the gym, pool, media/theatre room, private poker room, Golf simulator and 2 different lounges. One lounge is a bar lounge that comes equip with a pool table, ping pong and shuffle board. There is another lounge area on the16th floor that comes equip with a full size demonstration kitchen and grand stairs that take you to the roof top terrace which has TV's, fire pits and the BBQ Area. Please note that parties are not permitted at this home.

The units in this building are constantly being improved and maintained to ensure the best quality of your stay, thus decoration, furniture and layout may vary.

The Neighborhood:
These units are one-bedroom apartments located in Houston, just a few minutes from Houston City Hall and Minute Maid Park. The Star is a short walk to Main St where you will find restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
1 min walk to Central Station, Purple Line of the Light Rail
