Great position

The view was amazing. We really enjoyed the balcony. Home is comfortable and spacious and quite close to the city. Good for six people.

Beautiful view!

We are a group of friends who enjoy travelling to beautiful and interesting places. We enjoyed Hobart and the property was well situated with a beautiful view of the bay. There were a couple of maintenance issues at the property that the host has said will be addressed. The beds were super comfortable and again, the view was spectacular - good location convenient to town and walking tracks.?

Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
We were incredibly disappointed with the state of this property. Whilst the view is wonderful, nothing else about the property is! It’s dirty & requires A LOT of maintenance/ repairs. One of the toilets didn’t work, shower leaked resulting in mould in the wardrobes, 2/3 tvs didn’t work at all, kitchen tap leaked & knob missing being cooktop (just to name a few issues). It was generally dirty (toilets didn’t look like they’d been cleaned), dusty and full of cobwebs. The host was quick to respond to concerns however didn’t follow through with promises of having a plumber out to fix the toilets. The furniture was old and tattered, particularly on the deck. But the biggest issue was the cigarette smell throughout the entire house. The host insisted it was incense from the previous owners, however the stained walls, smell on the furniture and ashtrays throughout the house would have me disagree. Great location but the property needs some major work! I would not be staying there again.
