There are no refunds for mid-stay terminations

Internet and cable are offered at this condo for renter(s) convenience however no refund will be given in the event of outages, speed or access issues.

Owner shall not be held liable to any damage or injury to renter(s) or renter’s invitees, licensees or other guests on or in the condo.
