Fairway to Heaven is a stunning four-bedroom private home located in the heart of Sea Pines. This Charleston style home is an absolute dream and sits right on the 12th green. The charming front porch, grand pillars, and green shutters will take your breath away. This home has incredible curb appeal. Furthermore, with golf course views, a private pool, spa, and easy access to Harbour Town, it's easy to see the appeal here. The beach and South Beach Marina Village are also just a short bike ride away.

Inside, this home is just as beautiful. It's safe to say that Fairway to Heaven looks like it came out of a Pottery Barn catalog. With gorgeous hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, and tons of natural light, this home has it all. This home has two different living spaces, but the main living area of this home is on the second floor where guests can enjoy plenty of seating, a fireplace, a formal dining area, balcony, and back deck. The kitchen features granite counter tops, bar seating, and a breakfast nook.

This four bedroom, four and a half bathroom house sleeps up to ten guests, and it's the perfect place to throw a Heritage Tournament Party or host a holiday dinner. The master suite provides ultimate relaxation with its large bathtub and a two-way fireplace in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Guests also have a wonderful view of the golf course from the master bedroom. In addition to the master suite, there are three other bedrooms, each with a queen size bed.

The outside living area at Fairway to Heaven is ideal for relaxing with your family or entertaining. The spacious backyard and patio area are perfect for large crowds. Furthermore, there's even a private pool and spa. The pool is surrounded by beautiful trees that make the property both calming and cool. After a long day at the beach, come back and enjoy some relaxation at the pool. Spend your evenings in the game room playing ping-pong, foosball, and watching your favorite sporting event. You'll absolutely love the picturesque golf course views, private pool, and two screened-in porches. Overall, Fairway to Heaven is sure to be your family's new favorite getaway!

Absolutely Beautiful House in a Great Location!

The photos looked amazing and everything looked just as perfect when we arrived! Couldn’t have dreamed up a better house, layout & location for a big family vacation! We had 13 people 6 adults and 7 teenagers and there was so much space we never felt cramped at all. On the contrary there are so many spaces to retreat to. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing having the outdoor grill & island with seating next to the pool was perfect we spent so much time there! Kitchen was beautiful along with the dining nook in the kitchen both got tons of use. The movie room off the living room was amazing some of the kids would watch movies in there in the evening. And the room with the ping pong & bunks the kids loved we had 5 boys staying in there and they loved it! Location was amazing about an 8 minute bike ride to the the beach or Harbor Town! Communication was top notch as well had a few questions that were promptly answered throughout our stay! Very highly recommended!!!

Beautiful Home and Outdoor oasis!

This was our second summer staying here and enjoyed it again so much! You feel right at home from the moment you check in. We definitely feel this is a home away from home. It is always very clean. The outdoor oasis is our favorite spot to spend time with family around the pool. It is so relaxing and makes you feel like you are at a resort. This home is so special to us!

Beautiful Home with a Beautiful View

This is our second time renting this property because it just fills all the needs of everyone staying there. Its kid frendly, they love the pool with shallow ledge, there is plenty of room for them to explore and nice quiet ares when they need space. The game room is a bonus and the renovations to the large bathroom soaking tub were fun to see too! The view is 5 stars plus. Even if you dont golf its fun to watch the golfers playing and there arent too many homes with a view of 2 fairways! Excellent, once again. Thank You!

We enjoyed our long weekend in sea pines. Home was beautiful and in a great location. A little far to walk to the beach, but an easy bike ride. Plenty of room for a large group. Questions were answered quickly.

Perfect Low-Key Bachelorette Weekend

We had 9 gals here for an activity-filled Bachelorette weekend, and this house was PERFECT. We loved being in Sea Pines and took full advantage of the private beach and the many dining options in the area. On the property, the pool and hot tub were a hit, especially as the house was right off of one of the holes, which was so much fun to sit outside and watch the golfers. Indoors, there was more than enough entertainment space for a girls night in, including a wonderful dining area where we had a private chef come in one night for a 3-course dinner. Each bedroom was also spacious and extremely comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and can't recommend this place enough!

Family Vacation

The property was beautiful, house was perfect for our family and needs. The beach is definitely a bit of a hike especially if you have little ones and a lot of gear but the pool was perfect and made up for less beach time. The description should include if not already added, booster seat and baby gates available. Overall beautiful space, we would like to come back again.

Amazing location

Everything in the listing was 100% accurate. A golfers paradise being able to see so much action from one location. The biggest surprise was how infant / child friendly the house was. Two cribs and baby gates made the visit much less stress full in such a large home. The room off the main living / dining room was great when someone needed private time as well. Everyone in our family had more space than we knew what to do with, even with two infants. The pool and outdoor cooking area were also amazing to have and everything was maintained very well.

Beautiful resort style home on the golf course!

Four couples stayed in this high-end home on the golf course in beautiful Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. The home was comfortable and clean and had lots of space for people to spread out and relax. Highly recommend!

Great Family Home!

We had a great time staying in this gorgeous home. We brought a third generation for a Hilton Head vacation and this house did not disappoint. We had a hiccup with the pool heater but someone was there very quickly the same day to repair. The only note that should be stressed is that the main living area is on the second floor, which can be challenging for some guests. Was not an issue for our family, but would hate for someone to book and then find themselves unable to utilize the house. The location is fantastic. It is quiet, but very close to Harbour Town and the beach. This house is also REALLY well set up for toddlers/infants. There were gates available for the stairs and a perfect bedroom on the second floor for our 2 toddlers.

The property is beautiful. Very rarely are the houses even better in person and this one truly was 5 stars. Plenty of space for everyone. Game room was awesome and we all enjoyed it along with the pool/hot tub. Location- it is a little further away from the restaurants but I knew that when I rented and we didn’t mind. It’s a short drive. Next time I would rent a golf cart so we didn’t instead of taking the car. I would definitely rent again.

Most comfortable and beautiful surroundings

I wanted to have enough space for my adult children and their spouse along with a two-year-old to stay. The home offered the elegance that we expected. Plus having the pool heated help me enjoy the pool and hot tub much more

House on the 12th Green!

This was one of the best vacations my family and friends have ever taken. The house was beautiful, and it was even better because we could sit on the back porch and watch the golfers play the 12 hole.
