With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 511 enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and of Ocean One's greenspace, grilling area and oceanfront pool. 5th floor oceanfront condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, and a living room sleeper sofa. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This up-to-date property is beautifully furnished and has a spacious, renovated kitchen. The decor and outstanding views make Ocean One 511 a favorite among our repeat guests.

Perfect location

My sister and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation on Hilton Head. The location of the property was near Coligny shops and restaurants and being right on the beach was wonderful! The condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Spacious condo with great ocean views

Condo with great location and views. The condo is in need of major renovations. The carpet and furniture are filthy. The walls around the oven and washer are rotten with clear water damage. The oven is rusted. The walls need painting. The mattress in the master needs to be replaced. To summarize, the entire condo needs to be renovated.

NOT THIS UNIT!

Property location is amazing. This particular unit needs a lot of TLC. Molds in air vents/ceiling/bathroom. Cabinet door missing/carpet with stains/curtains in main bedroom falling down. Beds in second bedroom noisy with every movement. Bathroom fixture in main bathroom cracked and old. Patio furniture broken/old. Decor is very outdated. Front door lock problems locking at times. The unit is functional in the sense that it isn't dirty per say, but it needs a lot of updating/fixing. I was dissappointed in the upkeeping of this unit for the price. View is amazing! Management staff amazing. Love that it is right on the beach and central to everything.

OVERALL PRETTY GOOD

Wonderful view of the beach and a quiet property. Enjoyed being close to shopping & grocery store. However, the tile floor blackened the bottoms of my feet within minutes! Rest of the apartment was clean, but, oh, that floor!

Ocean one 511. Needs a complete update & cleaning

511 was dirty! Old worn out furniture. Broken lamps & chairs on balcony broken. Mattresses worn out & broken down. Pillows like rocks. Large stains on carpet. Closet door & trash can door missing. Front door lock not good. Fans in bathrooms not working. Had to call plumber for toilets. Worst rental ever.

Ocean One

Great location as one can't beat waking up to see the sunrise in the morning. That is the major plus as well as being right in near the shopping center that one can easily walk to for your shopping needs. However, it is time this condo had an update. The carpeting is dirty and has spots. The furniture has definitely seen a better day and could be replaced too. Even the wine opener didn't work. If these areas are updated it is a perfect place to stay. Regards.

Great Fall Break Stay

Ocean One 511 is a very nice roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a gorgeous ocean and beach view. We were impressed with and enjoyed the front room balcony that easily held a 4 chair round table and two loungers. It easily accommodated two adults and two teens with room to spare. I also liked that a stove top kettle that was provided for tea drinkers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and won’t hesitate to book the unit again when we return to Hilton Head in the future.

Excellent Time - Great Property

This property was absolutely perfect! We stayed in Hilton Head to visit my daughter who lives in Bluffton which was only a short drive. The location couldn't have been more perfect as there was lots to see and do within walking distance. We had three babies - a 2 yr old and 1 yr old twins - was an easy walk to the pool and beach and all dining, shopping, etc. Would definitely choose to stay here again! Loved it! Thank you!

Great price for beach front!

Great location....just steps to the beach. The unit was clean but needs updating. In the supply closet, the ceiling is basically falling in and missing a section. Insulation was hanging and the area appeared moldy. This DEFINITELY should be repaired. There is no toilet paper holder in the second bathroom. Minimal silverware. Could be a problem if you have more than four people eating. The biggest issue for us was the locking mechanism on the door. It was electronic and confusing and you really never knew for sure if the unit was locked from the inside. There was no deadbolt or chain lock. I ended up rigging something on the door to alert us if it were to be opened from the outside....just for peace of mind. The pool is clean and well maintained. The area around the condo is very nice, clean, and safe. Hilton Head is beautiful!!!
