> BBQ Grill (please bring your own propane tank if you wish to use. BBQ may not be available during winter months due to heavy snow, plan for indoor meals in winter)
> Table with 8 chairs, 1 bench
> Fire table (please bring your own propane tank if you wish to use.
> Fishing poles to use at the lake (fishing passes and license required)

BATHROOM
> Full bath/shower
> Washer/dryer

OUTSIDE
> Hammock (summer only)
> Walk 300 steps to the lake, playground and general store
> You can also put a tent on the large front deck for a camping experience

Other things to note:
Don't forget that there is a fishing pass fee at the lake $25, but adults still need a CA fishing license.

Note there are no pets allowed unless you pay a $100 pet fee per pet and can promise they do NOT go on any furniture or beds. Our future guests with allergies will thank you.

No more than 6 people allowed, NO parties, and the guest booking MUST be present during the stay.

Bring propane for the BBQ (may not be available during winter months due to heavy snow)

Note we have two security cameras outside, pointed toward the street. Since we don't live at this location full time, this allows us to see the street to verify trashes are picked up and if the cleaning agency has cleaned for your stay, and also allows us to know if we need to hire a snow plow service in the winter. Please do NOT cover, alter, or turn off the security camera, or we will charge you $50 fee from your security deposit.
