Casa Manzoni – La Dimora is a large apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors, in the historic center of Gravedona, where you can relax without any disturb. The lakefront is less than 150 meters far, so you can reach it in less than two minutes on foot!



Furthermore, less than 50 meters from the house you will find one of the most popular panoramic terraces of the Upper side of the Lake, from which you can see the entire lakefront of Gravedona!



Within a radius of about 500 meters you can find all the services you will need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy).



The accommodation has a kitchen complete with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and American coffee machine;



To complete the living area we find a dining table for 8 people and a cozy lounge corner with a sofa bed, an armchair and a smart TV.



Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, each one with its own wardrobe to store all your clothes. The central bedroom has a king size bed.



The house has two bathrooms, both with a large shower with glass box, sink, toilet and bidet.



In common with the apartment below there is a laundry room, in which you will find a sink, a washer-dryer, drying racks and an iron with its board.



The apartment does not have a private parking space, however there are several free public parking lots nearby.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.
