Sehr angenehme ruhige Gegend, eine Straße mit lauter großen Villen mit Gärten. Firhall wurde offenbar erst vor kurzem von Grund auf renoviert, alles ist neu und schön. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit Hirschgeweihen und Schottenkaro, Holztüren und Stuckdecken. Rundum alles grün. Gärten und private Parks. Am Haus sind etliche private Parkplätze. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Garten des Nachbarhauses hin, sehr ruhig. Tolles Zimmer, alle Bequemlichkeiten. Kühlschrank und Nespressomaschine. Es gab einen Frühstücksraum und ein extra super Wohnzimmer mit Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfeln. Tolles Bad, ein beheizbarer Handtuchhalter. Alles sehr sauber. Tolles Früstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, auch vegetarisch und vegan. Die Gastgeber James und Stuart sind sehr nett, haben Tipps und sind sehr hilfreich. Man fühlt sich enfach wohl. Tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, alles mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar: Speyside, Loch Ness, Whisky-Destillerien, Glenmorangie, die Snow Roads....

This is a wonderful little town and this is the BEST B&B!! Stuart is such a gracious and informative host. Take all his recommendations. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. It’s a pleasant and convenient stay for visiting this whole area of the highlands.

A truly exceptional B&B, I just wished we had stayed longer than one night. The breakfast was incredible quality. Myself and my partner will definitely be heading back to Granttown again, if only to stay at Firhall. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Choose this because ...

Excellent, highly recommended. You should choose this B&B because of the service, the property and the food. But also because it's more like a hotel. There's a lovely sitting room and you're welcome to bring back food and use the dining room.

Very comfortable bed in the Findhorn room. Super clean & beautifully decorated. Warm & welcoming hosts with excellent breakfast and thoughtful home made shortbread to accompany the fresh coffee machine in our bedroom. Lovely place, would recommend!

Simply perfect! Stunning decor, immaculate throughout- our room and bathroom were outstanding, full of special touches and extras for guests. James and Stuart were exceptional hosts and the breakfast was out of this world. Cannot praise the Firhall high enough and will definitely be back .

Believe the reviews - it's perfect

It's difficult to put into words just how astonishingly great this B&B is. I booked it after seeing the reviews, but not quite believing they could be real. They are - it's honestly one of the very best places we have ever stayed. James and Stuart are wonderful - always taking the time to talk and laugh with us, whilst at the same time serving up amazing food and keeping the rooms to a super-high standard. The room was spotless, large and comfortable, at a perfect temperature. They have clearly spent a lot of time thinking about the tiniest details, from the wallpaper to the coffee warmers. It all adds up to a perfect stay. We will return!

Highly recommended!

The overall experience was amazing! It is by far the best b&b we ever stayed in. The owners were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was stylish, big and very clean. The breakfast was unique and one of the things we will remember forever. Not just because of the food quality and variety but also because of the service and the overall presentation. Really high standards everywhere! Very good location, next to the shops, restaurants and supermarket. We would highly recommend couples, friends or even solo travellers to stay there. Thank you for making our trip to Scotland even more memorable!!!
