The Space:
This spacious and meticulously appointed condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and safety for your stay in Wyoming, MI. With a fully-equipped kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, private patio, a propane grill (only to be used in the driveway area for safety reasons) and central AC & heat, every aspect of your comfort has been considered. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the dedicated workspace, lightning-fast WiFi, and smart TVs in every room ensure you're well-connected. Sleeping arrangements cater to various needs, including a luxurious king bed with an en suite bathroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and a versatile twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Safety is a top priority with exterior Ring cameras, NoiseAware devices, and keyless entry systems. Plus, the convenience of an attached 2 stall garage and driveway means no parking hassles. Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment and 2 stall attached garage & driveway. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include in unit laundry, private patio & grill, community tennis courts and nearby walking trails. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras.

Great Stay!

We’ve stayed at our fair share of Vrbos, and have learned a lot along the way. Read the description carefully, review all the amenities, and location. This property is exactly as pictured and described. The apartment was in a safe location, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and generous amount of space.

Great place.

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. No real issues. Would line suggest a toaster for the kitchen. None was available. The front porch inside ceiling needs to be attached properly. The wind was blowing hard over the two days and it rattled so hard it sounded like a drill was being used outside the front door. Other than that all was great. Thank you!

Excellent Host!

Very accurate pictures! Host provided everything you need for the stay. Was a perfect place for our family for the extended period of time we stayed. Host also communicated very well about trash pick up and any issue we had during our stay. Would definetly stay again or recommend to our family and friends.

Super clean and great location!!

The layout was perfect plenty of space, super clean, and our Thanksgiving plans got canceled and it had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving meal right at the apartment. My son gets married in June. I canceled my house I had booked and will be rebooking this place.

Nice Rental

New condo just built. Had trouble finding it as address was not on GPS, Used VRBO directions which were great. Enjoyed our stay centrally located to Grand Rapids, Allendale and Holland. Worked out great. FYI Costco was just down the street about a mile.
