Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a table for four. As a fire glows in the gas fireplace, channel surf on the cable-equipped TV in the cozy living area, or step outside and take in the mountain view off your furnished balcony - a great spot to close out each day with a glass of wine. And after long days of hiking or skiing, you and your guests are welcome to indulge in a soothing soak in the shared hot tub or a refreshing swim in the outdoor swimming pool.

* As of May 1st, all renters must purchase a $10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member's home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
