Bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, providing a restful night`s sleep. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the lounge for additional sleeping space, accommodating extra guests.



Bathroom: Guests will have access to the bathroom, which includes necessary amenities for personal hygiene and convenience.



🚗Secure Parking: To the rear of the property, there is secure parking with fob access to a carport, ensuring the safety and accessibility of your vehicle during your stay.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.



Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.



Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.



Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.



No parties or large groups allowed.
