It's a great location. Close to Surfers Paradise, Broad Beach and Pacific Fair. Unfortunately there is a construction of a high rise so work commences at 6.30 with a lot of banging and construction work. I know it's not their fault but it wasn't a peacefully stay. Work did cease at 2.00 though.

ok if you like sharing with cockroaches - yep needs pest control desperately. Rude receptionist, car park suitable for VERY small car overall give it 2 out of 10 ! 2 only for location ! NEVER again and do NOT recommend to anyone........

Well it was cheap, very spacious room and was clean upon moving in. However when it comes to cleaning the rooms that is another issue. Because I got it at a discounted price they flatly refused to clean the room, as their exact words were for the price your paying no. Now the shower was great ( Not ) , I went and asked why the shower all of a turns freezing cold , oh there all like that , unbelievable. Went to the office on the Saturday to get some toilet paper, guess what the office was closed all weekend. So off to the shops I go , the wifi however was very good. So if you’re after a cheap place to stay , where you fend for yourself this is the place for you.

enjoyed the vicinity close to everywhere we wanted to go. would come again for a longer stay - car parking tight for larger cars so that is the only crit I would give

The location and price are both excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. Be advised that at time of review (January 2020) there is major construction work going on in the adjacent lot which may wake you up, and noisy neighbouring guests are very audible and may keep you awake. You may want some sort of earplugs if you are not a heavy sleeper. The property is a little dated but in reasonable condition.

I liked how central it was to pacific fair and mini golf and the bus and tram lines. Pool was nice and relaxing of a night time, during the day it was too full of other guests to sit and relax. Didn’t like that the room didn’t have a ceiling light, made it hard if we wanted to eat in the lounge it wasn’t as light as I would have liked. Room was vacuumed once while we was there 13 days. And we had to ask why it hadn’t been done as we assumed it was apart of daily service. We had our suitcases and a bag or two on the ground, not in the way of anything and they said that was the reason they didn’t vacuum. Bathroom wasn’t vacuumed either because my long hair was still all over the floor the day we was due to leave. Aside from these small inconveniences the stay itself was good.

Had to clean the air conditioner upon arrival as it smelt strongly of dust and actually the filters needed scrubbing not just a rinse. Walls of shower dirty. Didn’t use the rattan couch as it looked and felt grimey. Couldn’t stand anything up in the fridge as all the door shelving were either missing or broken. On our last night we had a new neighbour and they partied til 3am. They had guests moving in and out of the property during this time and made so much noise as they did so. We could hear them running in the apartment, moving furniture around, drinking, yelling and bumping into walls. There is no advertised onsite manager to contact. And no way to either contact the managers by phone. We did try emailing the managers via the website and received no response whatsoever. Will never stay there again. Very disappointing

The hotel is nothing as per online. We stayed for about 10 minutes before deciding we could not possibly stay there the night. The photos of the rooms are nothing like what is there (except perhaps the pool). That was only the beginning of the trauma. I do not think I'm actually allowed to post the other details online, plus no one wants to read that! We didn't want to see/experience it either!. I have asked for a refund and was advised they cannot assist as we purchased through a third party and they are not responsible for what photos are advertised. I will be taking this further. We went down the road and found other lovely accommodation (the owners/managers there said they often had people in our same position coming from there. That says a lot!).

Even though the property is directly adjacent to the highway, the room was remarkably quiet. Didn't use the pool though it did look inviting. Some small items were damaged or missing , most likely by previous guests, staff addressed any problem promptly.

This unit was in a great position for a night out at the star casino. Price was great. It needed some bedside lamps and the aircon was set at 17 which was a bit cold at night. There was no traffic noise.
