Beautiful house with charm, typical Valencian decoration. Place to spend a few days relaxing among fruit trees. The city of Valencia is 15 minutes away and the nearest beach is 20 minutes away, very close is a leisure center "Kinepolis" where you can enjoy restaurants and cinemas. Airport 10 minutes away.
Every corner of this house is a craft, all spaces have been worked with care and care by my father, they are works of art in trencadís, if you like the modernist style you will feel like being in the Park Güell.

Two-storey house located in a quiet area has 488m2 plot and 275m2 built, in Campolivar, Godella (Valencia). The Villa can accommodate 10 people in 3 double bedrooms, 1 double with a sofa bed and 2 rooms with a single bed. It has 1 bathroom with bath and 1 toilet, and a bathroom with shower outside. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster ...) and living room. Internet access, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The exterior has a private pool, paellero and garden where there is a beautiful cabin and a lake with fish.
The Villa has 1 air conditioning on the top floor and 1 air conditioning on the ground floor, fireplace, television and parking.
Children have countless places to entertain as swings and playhouse.
Bed linen and towels are supplied.

If you look to the pictures you think it is that but in reality it is much bigger and all the rooms and surrounding is clean.It’s a beautiful house with a lot of space large terraces around the house beautiful large swimming pool with sun beds.Outside kitchen and bbq.Perfect stay but you always need a car to get to the city or beachWe have loved it very much

Perfect house, perfect hosts

The property was wonderful, a lifetime’s work filled with beautiful mosaics. A family home that we felt privileged to be able to share for a short time. The pool was amazing, our family loved the setting and the whole property. Guadalupe was the perfect host, she responded to all our requests for tourist information and guidance. She made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t fault anything and would recommend the property wholeheartedly. A car was essential, the house is remote, but within easy reach of shops, restaurants and beaches, aswell as the city of Valencia. We stayed as a family group of ten, ages ranging from 8 months to 69. Thank you for letting us visit 💕

Amazing house

We were a family of 8 staying in this amazing house. It’s beautiful and a place to go on adventure. It’s very easy to experience the owners love for the place and how many hours has been used to make this house magical. The surroundings and the pool are amazing too. We were treated by the owners daughter and husband but also met the owner. If I could Spanish I would imagine he would be able to tell fantastic stories as he had done with the house. We travel a lot to many countries. This house is on our top list of places we’ve visited. Thanks 🙏

4 night stay in Godella

The home is unique, beautiful and lovingly cared for. The host Guadalupe and Marie are wonderful and always available if needed-which we did. The home is the perfect place for a group to stay and enjoy the sun and pool. The home was further out from Valencia old town than we expected so you definitely need a car or fluent in Spanish to book taxis (which are limited). We were four seniors that arrived late in the day and were dropped off by two fellow travelers that stayed in the city for a work conference so we had no car and unprepared for no services within walking distance. Guadalupe kindly made a restaurant reservation, drove us to town, provided directions to grocery store and taxi contact. She also alerted the taxi driver, who fortunately spoke English and watch for us. Guadalupe was such wonderful host. We had to impose on her a few more times to book a taxi since we could not communicate in Spanish.

Buenas vacaciones

Alojamiento muy bueno, la casa es especial con una decoración muy particular, se nota que los propietarios lo han hecho con mucho amor y dedicación. Solo una pega que no haya agua potable y que se utilice el agua de la piscina como agua corriente.

Un grand merci à Guadalupe et Nacho pour leur accueil, leur bienveillance et leur disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Nous venons de passer 3 semaines dans leur maison et nous n'avons rien à redire. Idéalement situé à proximité de Valence pour les visites. La maison est parfaite avec des enfants. Je recommande.

Beautiful Villa

I went to the villa with a group of 8 people and we were all very comfortably spaced in the villa and easily entertained with the various aspects. It’s perfect for large groups of people and looks as big as it does in the photos. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. They live close-by so we’re able to solve issues quickly such as the plumbing. The villa is very isolated though so highly recommend using a car for transport but means the areas very calm and quiet. Overall we all had a lovely time and really enjoyed the warmth of the owners.
