Please note that the home currently has a charcoal grill and not the propane grill that is shown in the photos. The home comes with a fully stocked kitchen and cozy living room, along with high-speed Wi-Fi. The private balcony has breathtaking views of a pond, and the outdoor downstairs space has ample room for family and friends to BBQ on the charcoal grill with picnic-style seating.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the bunk room features a twin over double bunk bed, with both rooms sharing a hallway bathroom with a shower-tub combo.

For your entertainment needs, there are Smart TVs with streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime in each bedroom and the living room. Movie night awaits you with your personal log-in details.

Convenient parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles, with additional on-street parking. Essential supplies such as towels, toiletries, and basic necessities are provided.

Pointe West Resort and Beach Club, on over 1000 acres with 3 miles of private beachfront, features an infinity edge pool, hot tub, large kiddie pool, BBQ pit, fitness center, restaurant, and bar (seasonal), gift shop, access to the beach and more! The bayside features a heated pool with lazy river, hot tub, BBQ pit, fishing, crabbing, biking and hiking trails, kayak ponds and bird estuary.

Wristbands are needed for amenities usage. There is a one-time $25.00 resort fee per person, age 4 and above, for total persons of your reservation; payable to Pointe West Beach Club. Additional or daytime guests are not allowed at the Beach Club.

The restaurant, game room and fitness center are currently being renovated, therefore, you will probably only have access to the heated pool on the bay side of the resort.

Please note that all renters are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their arrival. The agreement will be emailed to you after booking confirmation. It includes all the key details that are already outlined on the listing site.
