Imagine relaxing at this beautiful, remodeled waterfront studio, located in the peaceful Pirates Bay Resort in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This condo has spectacular views of the Intercoastal Waterway on the Santa Rosa Sound, the resort marina, and the Gulf of Mexico, offering wonderful sunsets from the balcony. Whether you're a small family or a couple, you can enjoy sitting on your balcony admiring the views of the water and the well-kept community pool. The kitchenette has two mini-fridges, a freezer, a two-burner cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker. A picnic and grilling area and a private beach are also available.

With the water and dock just steps from your front door, you can stroll along the marina or take a fishing pole down to the docks and catch some fish (there are grouper, mullet, sea trout, sting ray, and flounder year-round, especially during the summer months). Enjoy a number of local restaurants close by, or head over to Okaloosa Island for beachfront dining.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
