Just one block from the beach, this townhome is the perfect accommodation for your next vacation to the most famed beaches of the Gulf coast. The home consists of a large main bedroom, one full-over-full bunk in one guest bedroom, two sets of twin-over-twin bunks in the additional guest bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living area. Upon entering, you will be adorned with elegant décor and furnishings in a conveniently spacious layout. The entrance of this two-story townhome leads to the first floor, boasting the dining area, living room, and kitchen. The main suite is located to the left of the entrance, featuring calm, neutral colors and a large HD flat-screen television and DVD player. This welcoming bedroom leads into its en suite main bathroom, boasting a double vanity, a capacious walk-in shower, and a large garden tub perfect for unwinding after a long day. The entrance opens into the dining area, which leads to the living room and fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy a nice family meal and good conversation at the wooden dining table, which seats up to six guests. Step into the inviting living room, featuring pops of color in the gorgeous matching décor and furnishings. Enjoy the large HD television and DVD player, ideal for a movie night with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or simply exploring all Miramar Beach has to offer. Enjoy a full-size washer and dryer combination, allowing you to pack lightly to leave plenty of room for souvenirs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Convenient location, needs updating

Everything you need. The place is small for a large number of adults, but would be perfect for 3-4 adults and a few kids. It was not very clean when we arrived. The upstairs bedrooms are cramped and closets and tv mounting is shoddy with wires hanging down in the way. Would not rent again.

The only concern is that i think yall have bed bugs on the top rooms all of our lugage was brand new and we all broke out in a rash the ones that stayed at the top floor this morning there where small bugs like watermelon seeds over the matress and the side of the bed side table we saw 4 total. We have bumps all over itchiness and irritation.

2024 Spring Break in Miramar

Stayed at a great Spring Break location for 2 weeks, at a reasonable price. Each week we had 1 of our 3 adult children & their spouse's & 4 of our 8 grandkids. Everyone enjoyed the location and comforts of the home. Nice having a private pool for the use of the neighborhood we were in. Also loved having a washer & dryer to use as well as airconditioning and a grill in the backyard. We did purchase a broom & dust pan and a drying pad to help with dishes. Other wise it was a very clean and cozy home for the 2 weeks we stayed. Thank you!

Wasn’t the cleanest, but great trip.

First impressions this was a gold nugget! Plenty of room for the family and reasonably priced. However upon arrival we noticed the sheets had not been put on the beds but just placed beside them as if the cleaner forgot. Also the countertops and tables had not been cleaned because there was a few spots and several drink rings. I did like that they requested everyone remove their shoes at the door but the fact that or feet/socks turned black from walking in the dirty floors was a bit of a letdown. That’s why I would say A for price but D for cleanliness. Oh and the garage was a huge plus as we planned on parking in it and keeping our leather seats out of the sun but the garage door was broken and when the maintenance man came by (no advance call given) he said “I told them this thing needed replaced and all they did was unstick the button. Now I have to submit for it to get replaced again.” Little crappy that wasn’t repaired prior to our arrival but I guess you get what you pay for.

Family Vacation 2023

It was nice and convenient. But the communication was awful. The garage never worked. I called placed a work order was told someone would be out the next day. We still haven’t seen anyone nor a call to check on things. We’ve checked out now. Make sure you bring trash bags and tissue because we had tissue in 2 bathrooms but not in the bathroom by the kitchen. The back door from the kitchen is hard to lock. The guy that lives in the community came and got us out the pool because he said we were suppose to be out by dust dark, not 10 as told. The space was more than enough for my family. Overall it wasn’t that bad. We made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves. Pool is close but not attached to house.

The place was very nice. Clean, spacious, close to beach. Regular beds were good, pull oit couch was horrible, not even usable. This what I feel needs to be improved, there were only 3 regular drinking glasses for a group of 10, 2 dishwashing machine tablets, 2 trash bags, no extra blankets, just sheets, garage door didn't work right, most of the time it wouldn't close. Back door that goes out back does not latch, wr had to keep it dead bolted and if anyone used it, it would swing open and not latch when you shut it. Only one TV would work that had matching remotes, (in main bedroom). Remotes didnt match any tv's and when i checked batteries, they were corroded

Possible ideas for improved stays in the future

Neither of the tvs on 2nd floor worked properly. Those need to be fixed. The owner asked us to remove our shoes at the door,, which we did, but after a half hour we noticed the bottom of our feet were black. There were no cleaning supplies provided. A spray bottle of cleaner would be a good idea so renters can clean up after themselves. Also, possibly leave more than 1 dishwasher tab. We ended up cramming all our dishes into one load. The rug under the table was lifted and caused a trip possibility. When we arrived the garage door opener in the garage was taken apart, with the pieces still there. I put it back together, but the garage door went up and down on its own. This is a safety issue, as it could go up in the middle of the night. All that said, we did enjoy our stay. The beds were super comfy, all appliances worked well. The location was awesome, close to the beach and to restaurants.

The stay was great until some guy came to take us out of the pool at 630 pm wasn’t even dark threatens to call the police on us if we didn’t get out.. even tho the pool hours where stated from 9am till 9pm he was rude to us and the house had trash from other renters that had stayed there prior to my stay … it smelt bad but the rest of the house was ok… wouldn’t recommend it after my encounter with the man that humiliated me in front of my family…

Multiple Issues

We had a couple of issues during our stay. When we arrived the trash outside was overflowing, none of the four TVs were working, the internet wasn’t working, there were multiple cockroaches roaming all around the house and we got bed bug bites from all of the beds. We called to get the TV and internet fixed and they never fixed it. The house was nice but all these issues need to be fixed and needs to be deeply cleaned.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

First, If you like waking up every morning to roaches, this is the place for you. When we checked in, the top of the refrigerator had not been cleaned probably ever, and there were a few dead roaches on top. There was no detail whatsoever given for pre-cleaning. The rugs and mats were disgusting. There were huge scratches on the walls. The kitchen stove was a flat-top but one of the burners was busted and had cracked in all directions. That is a house fire waiting to happen. Secondly, We brought some food items to grill on Thanksgiving day. When we attempted to start the grill, the propane tank was completely empty. (I do not feel like it was my job to check that ahead of time). When we called the number to have someone replace it, we were told it would be there shortly. Well, it showed up the following afternoon. The new tank was installed when we arrived home from the beach and when we walked in the garage the entire garage and back yard smelled like gas. The grill was leaking so we had to shut the tank off and couldn't use the grill. What a joke!!! After we finally got everything cooked in the oven, it was finally time to eat. But guess what? We were provided one (1) fork to feed 14 people. Thank you so much. Third, the master bathroom toilet stopped up the second day. I called the number provided to get a plumber to come fix it. I was told that one would arrive the following morning. Once the plumber arrived, he pulled a bar of soap from the toilet from previous renters, and in the process scratched the porcelain off the bottom of the toilet. In addition, he left the toilet splatter on the wall next to the toilet (which I took pictures of). He didn't even bother to clean it up. Fourth, the couch in the living room looks and feels like an elephant lives on it. It is sunk in and very uncomfortable. The two chairs provided are the same. The couch and the 2 little chairs sit maybe 6 people. Where are the other 8 people supposed to sit????? This place will sleep 14 (very uncomfortable) but it is WAY too small for a family of 14. Lastly, it is a lot further from the beach than the ad claims. Please save yourself and look elsewhere.

Townhouse near the beaches

Great and quiet townhome. Everything was great. My first time using vrbo. There was a couple confusion. The townhome is own by Wyndham vacation home rental. You used a passcode to get in and out of the house. Enough space for my family (14). There is a couple issues. One was the grill. Don’t used it. It’s very dangerous. The grill just need cleaning. You can’t park on the street ( we have four cars) but I understand why. The reason why is it was the neighborhood is too small. Pro: It’s about a 10 minutes walk to the beach. There’s chair and beach item if you want to use it. Very nice master bedroom suite. Easy pool access Quiet neighborhood My family and I have a great experience.
