Welcome to this beautiful home located right on Hollywood Lake!! It is a very peaceful and spacious three bedroom, two bath house, with a gorgeous view of the lake right out the back door, with plenty of privacy to enjoy just relaxing. The location is perfect, as you will be ten minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport, 10-15 minutes from Dania Beach, or everyone's favorite, Hollywood Beach, with over 3 miles of broadwalk right along the beach...tons of shops, restaurants, and nightlife! Hard Rock Casino is within ten minutes away, and it's the largest casino in Florida, offering more entertainment than anywhere in the area. Miami and South Beach are about 30-40 minutes away. The home itself is very cozy, newly furnished, stocked kitchen to make meals, washer/dryer, wonderfully comfortable beds, and everything else you could need for a perfect getaway!!! In the house is a king bed, a queen bed and third bedroom with 2 twins .a rollaway single, and a nice comfy sectional. We do not allow parties or events. We also do not allow smoking or illegal drugs/activities anywhere on the premises.

Very Cute Home - Beautiful Lake Location

Stayed just one night so was unable to use the jacuzzi or paddleboards/kayaks. Comfortable beds, well appointed - had everything we needed.

The neighborhood felt very unsafe run down. The house smelled so bad. I contacted the host didn't hear back until it was about time to check out. I would not recommend this property. Last it's been close to two weeks and still don't have my deposit back.

Lake View

Loved the lake view at this property. We enjoyed watching the wildlife out on the lake. This was only a short stay so we could get on a cruise ship but the home was comfortable. There could be some attention to the hot tub, I have one at home and wouldn't get into the one provided. There are kayaks provided and also a trampoline on the lake. It would be wonderful for older children to stay. There is a small convenience store about a quarter mile away from the home but we never went up to purchase anything. I would recommend having a rental car if you are staying here.

Lakefront neat with Airport Convenience

Simple clean condo. Lakefront location made for a beautiful sunset and fun kayaking ride. Close to FLL airport, which made this a practical choice for our purpose.

Convenient Location

We had a great stay at this home that was in a great location. Very close to the airport and beaches, short drive to the downtown area, and the lake was nice and cool to swim in on the hotter days. Would book again if in the area!

Great Lake House

Great house with plenty of privacy. Although we heard the neighbors a few times we never saw anyone. The hot tub was amazing, although the water could have been cleaner. Great house and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Place

This cute home is spacious, clean with nice beds and comfy pillows. They went over and above by providing coffee, waters, laundry facilities, shampoo, conditioner and soap, even games. The best part was the back sitting area. The lake was just gorgeous! The extras to play on kept the teenager happy and the elderly were entertained by the visiting ducks! Such a beautiful and private place.

This property was absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of space inside and the backyard was packed with fun things to do. We only had one night in town but I wish we could have stayed longer. You have everything you need for a great stay.

Football

We arrived at the unit early enough to enjoy before headjng to the NFL game. The place was immaculate and the hottub was an added bonus which we totally took advantage of after the game. I would definitely stay here again. Pictures were very accurate.

Peaceful neighborhood, and beautiful view

We loved the area the home was in. Quiet and peaceful and close to everything! The home was perfect size for us. We enjoyed the hot tub, and view was amazing. Outside at night the patio could use a little extra light but wasn't a deal breaker by any means! The host was super easy to communicate with and fast responses. We had a slight issue with the thermostat changing the temperature of the house because it was set to eco mood. So when we were gone it would detect no activity and warm the house up. We would come home and the house would be 86. I messaged the host and she advised me how to change it. Which solved our problem! The only thing we would say needs work is the cleanliness of the home. Over all it's clean but needs a good deep clean. There was heavy dirt/grime on the baseboards. The floor is tile and needed a good deep scrub. I did try to clean while we were there because we did hit the beach a few days and had some sand. There wasn't a dust pan, or mop. There was a broom but not in the best shape. I made due with what I had. But would suggest providing these things in the future. I would also say maybe provide an extra blanket or two for the living room. We had to use the blanket from the bedroom while watching movies, which wasn't a big deal, but a throw or two in the livingroom would be great. Overall we definitely will book again when we come back!

home away from home

We enjoyed the property, the house was inviting and comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. The lake in the back is hypnotic and relaxing. Shopping centers, casinos' a kept secret haha, and food is 5 till 15 mins away.
