We give our guests space but we're available when needed
As your host, we are available from 0800-2000 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are renting a private home and not a hotel thus our response time is not immediate, as it would be a hotel.

The entire apartment. Access code will be provided to you once we receive complete verification process and deposit or waiver payment.

This home is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home.

*New Kitchen fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials.
*Parking space available for ONE car.
*Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, teapot, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, microwave, stove, and oven.
*High-speed Wireless Internet
*We do not allow an RV/camper/mobile home to park at the property.

This house sleeps 2 guests:
-Room 1: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
-Main living area: Queen pullout couch (sleeps 2)

The home is close to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City-run bike and scooter rental program.


Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and wavier or the deposit collection.
 
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover accidental damages up to $500.00.

*Note:
*The $49 waiver does not apply to same day bookings, 1 night reservation, local guests and more than 28 nights reservations.
*Reservations from Bookxxg. com will be required the $500 refundable security deposit.

This property is protected by security cameras that are located on the exterior of the property. The cameras are located on the east corner of the house. In addition, we have a noise detector that is located in the interior of the property. This detector does not record but measures the level of noise and reports when it is over a certain level.

Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 2. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
Lastly, this property is a duplex, the unit next door is occupied by a full time tenant so please remember that our quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
