This retreat is perfect for all types of groups. The main living space is located on the first floor - the open floor plan seamlessly combines the living and dining areas and the full kitchen. Unwind in the beautifully furnished living room and watch your favorite shows on the large TV. The kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances, a shiny kitchen island, and a convenient coffee corner with a Keurig coffee maker. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site for your laundry needs and central AC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was a beautiful place. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. We prepared two breakfasts and two dinners. We had room to play cards and we sat comfortably to watch the World Series. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms fully equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to maneuver to get to Bentonville for the Crystal Bridges Art Museum, the Prairie Grove Battlefield, and to the University of Arkansas. The management was easy to reach with any questions.

We have rented this house many times. It has always been a positive experience UNTIL THIS TIME. Neither bedroom had a ceiling light for the ENTIRE 7 nights that we rented the property. We didn’t have ceiling remotes for one bedroom and the other didn’t work. I communicated for 4 days/nights with VRBO/Vacasa but they offered ZERO HELP OR SOLUTIONS.

Check-in was a hassle but a kind lady with Vacasa helped us put.The kitchen was ok. Very clean but cabinets and walls needed touched up with paint!!The dining table was very wobbly and unstable. All of the bolts holding the table together were very loose-We had tighten each one to keep the table together!!My first impression was the front porch was dirty with dead bugs.When we walked in the place appeared very clean but HOT!!!The living room and kitchen never cooled off. Our bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size BUT HOT-so so HOT!! The place should have been cooled before we arrived!The overall appearance upstairs was clean but some paint touch up on the stairs and doors needs to be done.Two things really made our stay miserable!! 1. How hot the place was and it would not cool off.2. We had a family of 5 and needed 2 bathrooms but quickly discovered that the one bathroom shower would NOT drain!!We all had to use the 1 shower!! That was so inconvenient and NOT what we paid for.The shower drain was completely stopped up-DISGUSTING!! I took a picture but makes me gag!!We will never stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in process was easy and seamless. Cute place and neighborhood. I was going to recommend to some friends but they need a place that sleeps 6. Even though this listing says it sleeps 6, it only sleeps 4.

Great location!

This property is on a nice quiet street. It is adequately furnished and was very clean upon our arrival. At arrival we could not enter home. After about an hour the issue was resolved. The description of property states central air. There are mini splits mounted on the wall for heat and air. The downstairs unit could not adequately warm the area. Had temperature set to 80F and still wore a coat downstairs and stayed under the only 2 blankets downstairs. To becompletely transparent, this was an unusually cold weekend with highs in 20s and lows in single digits. Not sure I would stay here again.
