"What a lovely stay at this beautiful home and property. Gorgeous area to hike and see Icelandic horses. Close to things - hot springs, horseback riding, waterfalls. The owner is a gem and was so available to answer all of our questions about the area. We even got to meet some horses up close and personal. We will be back. House was awesome and accommodated our family of 6! Clean and lovely!"

"Great wee place. Nice and quiet and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Host was very kind in leaving local food and a bit of milk to get you going ( great idea for a cup of tea). Also has a chap of the door where I kind man gave me half a dozen fresh eggs. They were lovely and the eggs looked like what I used to see as a kid- white, brown and light blue. "Loved it! the perfect getaway for a weekend away. Scenic and beautiful surroundings, the property is modern with the bathroom and bedroom finished to a high spec! The host Louise is friendly and very attentive .We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. It felt like a home away from home. The photos don’t do the place justice, as it’s even more pretty in reality! "Really good family run campsite with some small cottages and covered accommodation. The owners are very cheerful and welcoming with plenty of advice regarding the local area. The space is quite basic but was a perfect location to explore the lizard by foot or car. "

"We didn’t stay because there were 20 stone steps up to the apartment with open railings at the side and landing which we felt was unsafe for us and our dog. Also the fenced in area at ground level was gravel with lots of doors off and nooks and crannies where a dog might go in and be difficult to find The owner said when I emailed the next day said that they would have blocked off the railings if we had asked but we felt that going up and down these stone steps to take the dog out would have...
