"HU was great. Florence is a beautiful but it is a zoo. It was nice to stay at HU away from the crowds. We drove from Sienna and were able to check in early. Our cabin was lovely. The pizza at the restaurant was some of the best we had in Italy. The 14 bus (14A on the ride back) was only a 20 min. ride. My kids loved the pools way more than the Uffizi. Wish we had more time to lounge by the pools. It was nice to see how Europeans vacation."

"I was given upgrade for free. Very clean, very nice staff, center of all the action . Has the best view of the sunset and Arno river. Love the jacuzzi, best bed and pillows. I’m a serious traveler and had been to a lot of 5 star hotels , and this one felt like I’m in 1! I will surely cone back! "

"El apartamento está genial por el precio que tiene. Que es un poco justo el paso de la habitación a la sala, no lo niego, pero tiene otras cosas a favor.... Tiene lavadora, la cual utilizamos y nos fuimos con la ropa limpia y seca (con mucha imaginación para tender dentro de la habitación, pero lo hicimos), una gran nevera con congelador, microondas y pequeña cocina... Poco menaje, tan sólo un puchero y ninguna sartén, pero cenamos en frío y el desayuno con el microondas nos apañamos. Pensé que...

"Super expérience en famille, l’équipe a vraiment été présente pour préparer notre voyage avant ( on a eu des modifications de planning) et ils ont tout fait pour nous aider. Ensuite lors de l’arrivée, le Check in était attentif très professionnel et agréable , avec en prime une carte de Florence détaillée avec les bonnes adresses de restaurants et glaces, avec le sourire. We went bought some pizza from pizza taxi around the corner and some Prosecco from supermarket and it’s was a top notch dinning experience. You can also buy beverages from the hotel. They gave you a free bottle of wine and the pool after a few days of intense walking was calm, serene and warm. "

"Incredible experience! The apartment is just a 3-min walk to the tram station that took us to the center. The apartment is clean, offers all the essentials and is very well-decorated and user friendly! The laundry room was also very useful. I would highly recommend it!"
