"Very friendly staff and helpful travel suggestions for sight seeing and food! Unfortunately the area is not the best, surrounded by abandoned buildings. It is very close to the train/bus station. The AC unit was not strong enough to satisfy me so with the heat wave it was not super comfortable in the room. Walking distance to a great restaurant that we loved! Overall the staff and nearby transportation are the strongest wins for this location!"

"This was a first for us; a remote room. There was no front desk, as everything was to be handled through WhatsApp. Fair enough, I'm not a Luddite but I speak very little Italian and I've never used that app before.
