"The pictures of the property did not communicate clearly the location and condition of the hotel. It was set off from the street in rougher area of town. When we got to the entrance there was no one to greet us. All our check in was done via text and phone on What's App. We did not see any personnel that worked for the hotel. Instructions about getting into our room and turning on the ventilation were all via a posted video on What's App. The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough...

"Very friendly and flexible staff. Check in was easy — thanks for the tips about getting around! Property was very clean and quiet. Lido is a great home base for a trip to Venice. Very good coffee and breakfast. "
